The property was in a great location and was very clean and comfortable.

No mention of these charges in the. Expedia offer.

My family and I liked the Marriott BonVoy for our vacation because of the proximity to the San Francisco Fisherman's Warth district and most relevant visiting places. Everything was great but the pillows.

There have $120.00 ($40 per day fees) that they said they will take it off and refund back to me. But it is not included in the final bill. They charged the fees but I didn’t use their benefits such as $20 credit a day!

Location was excellent. Staff was very accommodating and our sleep was restful.

bfast good just not my thing missed evening selection and credits since they had vending machines would have preferred a marketplace where i could have used my credits like in their other properties 10/10 if you want fine dining try downtown way more selections

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and welcoming. Hotel is walking distance to fisherman’s wharf and pier 39, which is great. The rooms were clean. The pillows were flat and did not have much support for my neck. It does get a little noisy with all the buses passing by. But overall decent place to stay.
