Jane at the front desk was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we checked in, she was warm, courteous, and professional. She took the time to recommend great places to eat and fun things to do, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Her exceptional customer service and genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome.

Breakfast was ok but very overpriced. Room was clean and well appointed. Check in was easy.

Emplacement idéal.

Valet parking was expensive but the gentlemen working the valet were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was located very close to Fisherman’s Wharf and within walking distance if you are able to walk a few blocks without assistance.

Close to the wharf and cruise pier

Be prepared for a $100 a day deposit and $40 reservation fee. I was blind sided from the additional fees.

It really is the perfect location to get around. About a block to the mason and power cable car to the east and three or four blocks to the other cable car to the west by Ghirardelli Square. A couple blocks to Fisherman’s Wharf. You can get a 3-day muni and cable car pass for $35 a person then you can take all public transportation except the BART system. Easy getting around. Staff were super helpful with getting around and making sure we were comfortable.

Was conveniently located near the wharf and restaurants. Was in great shape, and looked new.

$75 valet parking fee plus tax was applied without notice until after I asked the front desk. A simple breakfast was not included even we paid $600+ for one night. Standard room and amenities. Shower cap is not provided. Won’t go again.

I would have liked a microwave to reheat my coffee, it otherwise was great! Very comfortable.

We stayed here with our family and had a very pleasant experience. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the best features is its location—it's within walking distance of Fisherman's Wharf, making it very convenient to explore the area

This was a FANTASTIC choice for our family vacation to San Francisco. You are walking distance from Fisherman's Wharf and so many other highlights. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee in the morning and afternoon cookies (my daughters' favorite). I just loved everything about this place. Can't recommend it enough!

Clean room. Expensive parking, daily amenities fee and not sure what they offered for the $35 per day.
