Location and amenities love it !

The hotel is always the best location in the city. The escalator was being fixed so you couldn’t use it during my stay unfortunately. The staff was great and I will book again!

Traveled with kids - pool was great!

We had a late check in our flight was delayed. Staff was great providing a late check out the attached restaurant was awesome!

Exceptional

Check in….only do valet. The valet person was not welcoming and ignored us for about 5-7 mins. He knew we were there. Then finally talks to us then give him our keys. Then he proceeds to tell us to take our Fob off our key chain. Kind of annoying. At reception…we were early so our room wasn't ready which was fine. They kept our bags which was nice and then said they will text us when our room was ready. Checked in on time. They told us they serve breakfast. Which is incorrect! We got up the next morning go down….no breakfast unless you wanna go to the restaurant and pay for it. That was disappointing! Then we were supposed to get a bottle of wine in our room. We got it at checkout. Hotel in good area but the employees personable.

Outstanding service! Valet drivers were prompt, friendly and helpful. The desk staff were incredibly kind, even going so far as to take us out to their cafeteria and let us raid their employee ice cream cooler when we missed our ice cream place closing by five minutes. They made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel room was spacious, with clean and you could have eaten off the shower floor it was so tidy. The location was perfect to stroll fisherman wharf in the evening and close enough to walk/rent bikes to get to other areas.

Great location . Great breakfast but the main reason for 5 stars were the staff. At last minute i need to prepone my trip and I was allowed to. The hotel prorated my bill. That was unexpected.

Close to all activities. Hotel was beautiful . Small and quaint. $65 dollars for parking was pretty high . But I’m sure it is equivalent to other nice hotels in the area.

The room overall was clean however my daughter found a tooth flosser next to the bed, We decided to leave it there.... The hot tub was closed which no one mentioned at check in and when we went up there it was such a bummer after having walked over 20k steps in the city that day, it would have been nice to relax in there for a little bit. But the shower was nice the room and bathroom pretty spacious for what we got.

There was some dust in the room and hair in shower drain when we entered. The cleaning folks did fix this next day but it left a bad feeling.

We booked through Expedia, maybe a mistake if the computer they were the wrong dates. I called to fixed and from Expedia page was right, calling the hotel they had again the wrong dates . We canceled and booked another hotel, but because it was closed walking distance we went and the reservation was not cancelled . Now I don’t know yet how much it will be charge, but it was their must sue, not Expedia not mine

it was great just got told we got an upgrade and the view was to the pool rather than to the city, the upgrade was for the room size I guess which wasn't needed for us. We ended up switching back to what I originally booked. We also signed up to be members at the end of our visit but this stay didn't count towards our new account because we booked through expedia.
