Hyatt Centric Fisherman's Wharf San Francisco

They charge your credit card even as you paid with your debit card. The accounting department is no help. So I got charged twice for the same rooms and I’m still have a hold on my credit card from the hotel several days after my staff.

Housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. Hallways, room, and decor are very dated. The air conditioner in the room wasn’t working well. There was pink mold in the corners of the shower.

Thought this was a good value. Clean and very convenient to cable car and fisherman’s wharf. Would stay here again.

This hotel was excellent!! We would stay there again. Great location a few blocks to walk to Fishermans Wharf Pier 39. The staff were so receptive! We had a problem with our AC and a maintenance guy came up at 9pm and fixed it. They were very nice also about my request for an upper room. Parking fee was steep but we didn’t need a car. Pool and gym was nice, and hotel bar

The phone in the room didn’t work

We were surprised that the dinner restaurant wasn’t open on a Sunday night. Otherwise, good stay.

Hotel was clean. Location was perfect to get to attractions nearby. Valet made our stay easy without having to worry about the car. Restaurant had a good breakfast but staffing seemed limited so service wasn’t excellent

Staff - friendly and accommodating from the check in desk to parking attendants, housekeepers and restaurant employees. Room - adequate size, comfortable bed, good lighting, appreciate the little shelf next to the bed for your phone and the motion sensor lighting when getting up in the dark without disturbing the others Housekeeping - top notch! Room was kept clean and supplies replenished daily. Restaurant- good food, price as expected in San Francisco. They all pitched in when short staffed, even the bar tender waited on tables when needed. Loved the team work Parking attendants- always greets you with a smile, knows the area and can give you good tips on where to eat and what to do Facilities - used the gym and laundry. Worked well! Did not use the pool or hot tub but there were always people there Location - centrally located in Fisherman’s Wharf. A couple of blocks from pier 39 and all the action but quiet for your rest at night. Quirks - there is only one elevator in the level of the check in desk so the line can be long at times. You would have to take the stairs to the lower level ( referred to as the lobby) in order to access all 4 elevators. It makes it harder if you have luggage. There is an escalator but it was not working the whole time we were there. Overall, a great stay, thank you and kudos to the team! Keep up the good work 😊

Good costumer service

Not recommended. Cleaning staff good and room overall clean but seen better days and not worth the price. Got wrong room as bed was supposed to be a king but was queen instead. Only one chair in the whole room with no other place to sit beside bed. Asked for an additional chair and got an old stained banquet chair.

Breakfast was great, the room was very nice and the staff was great. Would definitely stay here again. It's also in a great location next to the pier.

Terrible room numbering hard to find your room. No restaurant, no room service after 6pm. Great location.

William was awesome. I had a super late check in with my flight and had ordered food ahead of time. Food was left in s secure spot, and he was very accommodating as everything was closed when I had arrived. I would highly recommend the property and would definitely return. Thank you again William!

Great location near fishermans wharf and excursions. Walkable to many locations. Pool had no towels. Garbage in pool...water bottles. Was not aware of destination fee until I checked out. Would've booked somewhere else had I known the additional costs.

Came for a baseball game. I cannot rave about this place enough. Beautiful space, quiet, super friendly staff, great gym and restaurant. Amazing bed, beautiful bathroom and the bed lights up underneath when you get up. I will definitely return.

Nice property

The room was clean and the location was great. The best part was having the ability to charge a phone on either side of the bed. Apprecaite the bottled water provided as well.

Fantastic location, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived well before check-in, so the staff expedited the cleaning service and got in 3 hours early. The restaurant is fantastic as well.
