Marshmallows by the fire with my girlfriend was a nice added touch, and the hotel offers everything you could ask for. About 2 blocks away from the pier. Couldn’t ask for a better location.

Everything about this stay was incredible. From the friendly and communicative staff, to the s’mores from 5-7, to the clean rooms and being in close proximity helped create a memorable stay. Parking for 3 night came out to roughly $222, but would definitely stay at this property again

Great location. We were early for check in and although they said there were rooms available, they said they would have to charge us $75 for early check in. For what? The room was already cleaned and available. So the $ was just to line the pockets of the corporation. It would have cost them nothing to check us in. That's their right but it doesn't leave a good taste in a customer's mouth. I think they can do better in customer service.

Location, close to the wharf. Staff was friendly. Outdoor patio. The valet guy was friendly & really worked hard to help everyone. Price for parking, $65 per night & $8 bottle of water. It’s kind of expected, but would’ve liked it to be lower.

great place to stay

Perfectly located hotel where everything is accessible. If you are the adventurous type that like to walk to get the real experience of a city this hotel is perfect. Close (but not too close!) to fisherman’s wharf and a 30 min walk to Chinatown. The center atrium is nice to sit when you need a break but don’t want to be in your room. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. Expect about a $60 cab fare from the airport
