Hotel Zoe Fisherman's Wharf

The downside was the amenities, in-room dining, and housekeeping services. Our AC in the living space of our suite didn't work at first; the cleaning crew didn't replace our body wash, toilet paper, and vanity sets. The drawers in our room were also broken. We tried ordering room service one morning but couldn't find a menu in the room or on the website. The in-room dining/restaurant was not picking up any of our calls as we tried several times, so hotel staff said they'd have the restaurant call us. They never called, and when we contacted the front desk again, they connected us to someone at the restaurant; they told us they were busy with customers. Lastly, at one point, I purchased a bottle of wine, and it had been watered down. The upside in this case was the team at the front desk - they were very accommodating and replaced it with a complimentary bottle.

Property was a perfect location to Fisherman’s Wharf and the waterfront. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

The best was being able to walk to our destinations. And it was super close other areas that needed Lyft. I liked the the layout of the room as well.

Be ware of the $65.00 valet fee, they don’t have free parking.

Perfect spot for Fisherman Village and can walk to everything. We enjoyed our short stay in San Fran and this hotel was a big reason. Staff was amazing, friendly and service was excellent at the desk and the restaurant.

The location of the hotel is amazing, just a short walk to Fisherman’s Wharf and nearby public transportation. We did not drive, so I’m not sure how the parking but it was easy to catch a ride share or Waymo from the hotel. The free bottle of wine was a spectacular touch. Room was clean and the view was nice too. I definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in San Francisco!

Very cute place to stay. Close walking distance so several restaurants and bars and activities. Valet parking is nice however it's too expensive. I would stay here again. Very nice hotel!
