Hotel Zoe Fisherman's Wharf

We enjoyed our stay in SF at Zoe’s Hotel at the Wharf. The room a was super clean, the staff was helpful, we ate breakfast in the cafe and it was really good, and it was quiet.

It was a great, centralized location. The attached restaurant had great food, best omelette I’ve ever had.

Wet spot on floor of hotel room. Super creepy. Bikes out front a trash don't waste your time. Loud music out front of restaurant in evening audible in room. It's a bit lame overall. Heater also came on in middle of night. I wouldn't stay here again.

I did not like it that the check in was at 4pm and the checkout was at 11am. But of course, for a fee, you can get a standby room earlier. Also the bathroom is tiny. And my window was overlooking a residential home. We made eye contact a few too many times. I’d i closed the shades, the room was too dark. Also, the outlets were limited and old fashioned.

This location is amazing for many reasons. The staff, restaurant is fantastic, in 5 minute walking distance to the fisherman’s wharf area. I would highly recommend and we will be going back for our next stay.

Hotel very clean & quiet. It does have convenient parking at hotel, valet only for $65-75/day. Restaurant/bar on corner of hotel, we didn't get to go there because we were busy going to other restaurants in San Francisco. Traders Joes around corner, very convenient for snacks/drinks. Only 3-4 blocks to Wharf, very walkable!

Just amazing

Nice hotel close to the Pier. However the car parking rates are outrageous. And, we were not able to use the outdoor area of the hotel due to a photo shoot for both nights we were there. Was looking forward to sitting at the fire. Bathroom could have been much cleaner too. Just a few things needed to really upgrade the experience.

The hotel was well maintained and in a convenient location. The staff was helpful and courteous. Be careful if you have a courtyard facing room. If there is a party going on, the music and noise is like it's in your room. A little tough if you have had a long day of travel.

Excellent location, walk to activities and restaurants. Local supermarkets. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and always great.

This boutique hotel is wonderful. Staff was really nice from the valet to the front desk to the waiter and waitress in the restaurant. Even the help staff that service the coffee machine. All very accommodating. This room was very nice. Pillows were great. Shower does need to be resurfaced grout not the best needs to be changed out. Bed was comfortable Also in room 212, where we stayed. There is a humming noise or machine news can be heard.. I think coming from the heater. It was a bit bothersome needs to be looked at ,Other than that nice stay convenient located as well.. I will definitely stay again

Wonderful staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. This location was perfect - just a short walk to pier 39 but on a quiet street. Trader Joe’s a half block away I’d you need drinks or snacks.

The staff were phenomenal from our check in until we checked out two days later. Location to our cruise pier and sites in the Bay area were awesome. Thank you for making our 50th Anniversary a memorable one.

Clean rooms in good condition and great proximity to the wharf and other San Francisco attractions.

Excellent hotel, excellent customer service, clean and spacious room.

The room was extremely small and disappointing. You couldn’t open the exterior door and bathroom door at the same time. For two adults with two full size suitcases, it was nearly impossible to fit. Also, they had rooms ready for check-in but charged us an extra free for checking in early. Don’t waste money here.
