Staff were very nice and helpful.

The property is well maintained and clean. The hotel is also a short walk to Fisherman's Wharf which made getting to water based excursions (sunset boat ride, Alcatraz Island tour) a breeze.

The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, and an amazing price to be so close to the pier! Breakfast being included was also a very nice touch, and breakfast was incredible! I would definitely stay here again. The one thing I wish they had was tea in the rooms.

Amazing location in terms of convenience! We did not choose to do much at pier 39 because it was very touristy- but the hotel is perfectly located to hop on and off other transportation and to walk to different neighborhoods and attractions! We loved the breakfast daily- and it kept us fed through lunch time! Great hotel!

This hotel is in a great location however when you have to step over needles and walk around a guy lighting a crack pipe right at the driveway entrance when you are walking to get inside it diminishes the experience. We also had a big spider that was in our room and they didn't charge him for his half of the stay. The bed was uncomfortable the walls are thin and the crying baby and loud child with parents speaking loudly at 5 am doesn't help Will probably pick a different hotel next time we are in town. This was my 3rd stay and for the price I expect a little more .....

The location is great, the whole place(room, pool, restaurant) was clean. I didn’t have time to go bar area or lobby but looked good and busy. The breakfast was fully stocked and lots of variety.

The room was perfectly clean. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed of a variety of warm food, meat, fruits, and bread. We really enjoyed the fun atmosphere watching the Fifa game. Thanks Riu and staff!

The breakfast was amazing and a great money saver. Location is perfect and very centrally located to everything along the piers. I do think the suite should have included the microwave. Instead we had to ask for one that cost an additional $20.

Great breakfast buffet food but terrible utensils. The whole set of utensils were smelly. Staff need to understand how to operate with customers.
