The room was clean but dark and felt dated. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Could not find a WiFi to use. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of options but it’s very very busy and the line was too long to wait on one of the days.

Room clean and spacious. Noise from racing cars was an issue but was expected as it was so close to the wharf. Reception staff excellent. Burger purchased from the shop was very poor as well as the attitude of the lady serving us. Oscar at the bar was outstanding and the highlight of our stay.

Location was excellent. The breakfast was excellent and well organized, you weren’t fighting for a table, you lined up and were assigned a table. Gym was great with weights and machines and lots of space.

La fila para el desayuno interminable sin suficientes espacios para sentarse, terribe El baño es muy pequeño aunque la habitacion es amplia, no entiendo la razon La organizacion del hotel es desordenada tanto al momento de llegar como al momento de salir, hay mucha presion de los empleados del parqueadero para que muevas el vehiculo ya sea propio o de transporte Muchas personas poco espacio de desayuno aunque encontre varias opciones cerca siempre y cuando fuera luego de las 9am

Perfect location! Comfy beds, and free FULL breakfast everyday! REAL breakfast! Eggs, bacon, breads, cereal, etc. Right across the street from Fisherman's Wharf. Close to Sea lions, restaurants, shopping and ferry boats! Muni streetcar pickup right next to the hotel. The Muni pass is the way to go for traveling all over the city. It gives you access to busses, trains and make sure to add the unlimited cable cars rides! Would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

This hotel was fantastic! Everything was a quick walk away at Fisherman’s Wharf. We were given complimentary water bottles at check in. We also received a discount in their parking garage for booking through Expedia (thanks Expedia!). The staff was very helpful, especially at our arrival. We arrived at 10:30am local time. We were able to store our luggage for the day and they even had our check in ready earlier than usual.
