The hotel was very clean, the staff were efficient and welcoming and the pool was a welcome break after a day of sightseeing! Also we very much enjoyed the breakfast!

Not much. The first room we were put in had ants everywhere including the bed. The room wasn't very clean, and smelled badly. There were hairs around the bathroom from other guests. Hotel was crowded. They were unable to put my wife and I close to our 3 kids' room.

The hotel was nice and in a great location The beds were a little hard for my liking and the rooms facing the street (with windows) are loud, all night. Maybe an inner room next time will be better, I hope.

Great location. Amazing breakfast buffet. Very comfortable beds. I would have liked the outdoor pool slightly warmer, but maybe it is just because it was quite chilly outside.

Staff were always friendly and willing to help. The location is great, just about a block away from pier 39, a lot of restaurants around and it feels safe to walk by at any time. The room was clean, the bed was absolutely wonderful and comfy, specially because I was there for the marathon weekend and I was able to get the proper rest I needed before and after the run. Nothing to add here.
