Can’t control AC, too hot for me!

The room was clean and comfy. The courtyard with all of the games, fire pits and smores was so fun. Staff was super friendly. And you couldn’t ask for a better location. We watched fireworks on the 4th from our balcony. Pretty much everything is a walkable distance. Great stay. Would go again.

Perfect location

The breakfast experience was not good. The breakfast is not on site & the menu is limited. We were not made aware of either until we got the vouchers & sat down at the restaurant. All & all frustrating experience.

Great location and value.

Family Friendly. Close to everything.

I had expected so much for this ‘boutique’ hotel. I was terribly disappointed. The location was good but not great.

Broken toilet not super nice

The location was great easy to walk to all the good places in the city. The amenities were really fun lots of games for kids and adults and giving you a little packet for s’mores to make out on their big and beautiful patio. It was fun sitting out there talking to the other guests. Very San Francisco. The bed and pillows were perfect for a great night sleep.

Everything was well and staff was very welcoming , the only problem I had was my room had a funky smell it smelled like vomit it felt like the carpet wasn’t properly cleaned . I would love to come back to this hotel but please make sure to properly clean the rooms and make sure their is no smell .

Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the breakfast issue. We booked a rate that clearly stated "full breakfast included," but upon arrival were told it only covered half of the guests on our reservation. Instead of honoring the reservation or providing breakfast vouchers for the remaining guests, the hotel offered only a 15% restaurant discount. Since our vacation days were packed, we had specifically paid for breakfast in advance to save both time and money each morning. Instead, we had to worry about where to eat, spend additional time and money before starting our day. The issue was never truly resolved, so we ultimately moved to the hotel across the street, which had an excellent on-site breakfast that was fully included as expected. To make matters worse, the hotel we moved to offered the exact same 15% restaurant discount to its guests, so it wasn't even a meaningful gesture to make up for the hotel's failure to honor our reservation. The rooms are clean and modern but could use a face-lift considering the heavy guest traffic. Check-in was also very slow, with long lines and only three staff members at the front desk. The amenities and location are excellent, but the breakfast issue, slow check-in, and well-used rooms left us disappointed.

All fine except the room size is little small

The hotel has the best location and it’s pretty! The only downside was the personnel at the front desk. Two ladies were quite rude. Other than that our stay was amazing

Love it, the inside of the hotel decorations was amazing. Great location. Staff was very nice and helpful. Will visit again soon

The amenities looked like they were awesome. Definitely gave a good vibe. We just didn’t use any of them because they got taken really fast. We thought we had more time to enjoy the fire pits, but they were turned off at 10. We arrived 2 hours early and asked if we could check in early. They said yes, but it would cost $40. That seemed like a money grab to me. Other hotels let you check in early at no cost. You do have to pay for parking, but you get to come and go freely. So we liked that. The location is super convenient. I didn’t like the location of our room. I don’t know if we were by a boiler, but there was a loud vibration that would come and go. The shower seemed like it had a rubber mat on it before because the glue was still there. It felt weird and yucky on my feet. I think I will check out other hotels in the area next time.

Very nice hotel..would stay there again

Friendly staff, excellent location. Clean rooms.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The check in process was a bit hectic. We paid for early check in, arrived early and the room still wasn't ready at 3:30 pm. We checked in a little after 4 pm. My son loved the game room and outside set up. For a family, it is great. If it was just me and my husband, I'd probably try staying somewhere else.

We booked this hotel expecting much better quality for the price. After arriving, we decided not to stay overnight because the hotel felt outdated, poorly maintained, and simply not worth the money. There are much better options in San Francisco for the same price. We would not book here again.
