the hotel was perfectly situated right in the heart of the boat docks, took a bay cruise right across the street and a 5 minute walk to Ghiradelli chocolate. room was clean, parking was a little pricey, but safe.

Simple, clean, basic room. We really enjoyed the view from our forth floor balcony and how close we were to all the pier tourist activities.

The double bed rooms are very small for a family. There is no extra space at all. No extra chair. No space for a trundle. Even though the courtyard is right there you cannot hear the people below, which is nice. The hotel layout is very confusing. Elevators go to weird places and there’s not enough signage for how to get places. The location is convenient. There are restaurants nearby. As a family of four we had a tough time with the size of the room.

Great location, clean rooms, great amenities! They gave us complimentary water and smores packs to use outside at their fire pits, had lots of free games to play with the family. Definitely would recommend!

Location, location, LOCATION! This hotel is seated conveniently in the heart of Fisherman’s Wharf, a short walk from the famous Pier 39. The updated hotel is really fun with lots of games to play. There were also several firepits to roast the marshmallows from our complimentary s’mores kit. The rooms could have used more upgrades. Carpets and decor are dated. Bed didn’t feel luxurious for the price paid. But the staff were wonderful and very friendly! Would recommend.

Really nice hotel with funky decorations and themes. Excellent location if you want to be near Fisherman's wharf and my children loved the games area and complementary snores, yo-yo, etc.
