Staff were very helpful, the room was clean, beds are comfortable, and the other amenities were functional. The biggest turn off was, they were on the verge of I believe having a renovation, and so very early in the morning the noise level was to the point that you get annoyed and can’t get your relaxing sleep anymore. Either that, or the tenants upstairs were just stomping their feet too loudly without thinking of giving consideration to the people under them.

The stay its self was awesome. I don’t remember the front desks name but he was very very helpful. They were doing construction during the stay updating but that’s really only reason for the 4 stars. Also very accommodating I was initially given a room that had no airflow at all and I had my daughter with me so I asked if we could be moved. Ended up getting a balcony room which had a good street view of everything. Only other negative was not brought spare towels after asking multiple times haha.

The staff was great the rooms could use a little help. But the location was great .

Don’t stay on a Saturday night if you want to sleep.

Parking was nice but be aware they charge double if you book through 3rd party

The place could use a little more updating (which it looks like they might be doing). Our shower was tiny, and was very hard to turn off all the way. I had to help my kids turn it off and still had it dripping all night long. The sink was missing the little drain stopper thing, so it was just a hole in the sink where things could easily get dropped. The ceiling fan light wouldn’t turn off so my husband had to take the bulb out while we slept (there’s no a/c and he’s a hot sleeper so the fan had to stay on). The windows were dusty/dirty, and probably don’t get cleaned with regular room turnover. The elevator is also a little old and scary. Despite the negatives, overall, we had a good stay and wouldn’t mind staying again.

maintenance and upgrades, especially for the cost. Rooms should be cleaned daily or at least more than once during your stay. All in all, you are paying for the location.

Did not look like the pictures. Is very close to the strip but not a good hotel. No AC

Very outdated. Bathrooms had mold. Needs major renovation.

Just dirty and catfished on the pictures, close location yes, but dirty.

The property is under construction I would not recommend that anyone stay there. The room next door to us was being painted and used as a utility closet and all night people banging doors in there. And there was an employee sitting outside the door making all kinds of noise until we finally asked her to please be quiet and she was for about 3 minutes then started all over again. When we checked in and went to our room and saw that the next room was under construction we asked to be moved and they said of course we could move but there would be a 25 dollar upgrade fee. Our air conditioner didn’t work and again we asked if we could be moved and they said that none of the air conditioners work in the whole place. STAY AWAY from this place . None of the pictures on the Expedia website are a correct replication of the rooms. Again STAY AWAY

Pros.. Great location! We didn’t have to drive anywhere since it was here everything we wanted to go to. We got an assigned parking spot for my car. Huge cali king beds! We loved this! They were comfy. Cons.. No AC! Omg! We got to our room which sat right where the sun was setting. Heated the room up! We had trouble turning the ceiling fan on. Also the curtains we wanted closed for privacy but that ment closing circulation when having the windows open and if we have the door open, everyone can look in. We did go downstairs to ask for a fan and the staff was very nice about trying to help us. We did figure out the ceiling fan. During the night there’s a huge light eliminating the outside, so it felt like the sun was still up with the curtains closed. So that meant we really couldn’t have the curtains open for air to come in from the outside since the light was so bright. We managed to be ok to sleep. The place was alittle rundown in the bathroom and the closet door was very hard to open/close. The elevator was pretty rickety to say the least. Staff was very nice and polite. I might stay again for the location, but during a cooler month (We were here at the end of July).

Staff member who checked us in was fantastic. Very helpful and kind . Great location if you want access to the pier 39 area . Hotel was old and run down . Low water pressure . Crack heads sleeping outside asking for change .

We actually love this hotel. It’s older and independently ran, but every staff member we encountered was incredibly helpful and super nice. It’s in the process of being remodeled so there is some construction going on, but it didn’t have any effect on our stay. If we ever make it back to San Francisco, we will definitely stay here again.

The rooms are outdated but they're currently renovating so we look fiesta to going back once that is complete. We do hope that the renovations include new beds since the current ones were not comfortable to sleep on. The king bed in the jr suite was so worn in that it made it difficult to get comfortable and not wake up with back pain. The twin pull out bed smelled like urine.

Clean room

This was a great room for location and parking. We were able to pull our vehicle in the fenced area and leave it while we walked to all the sites around Fisherman’s Wharf. The staff was so helpful and kind. The property itself could use some cleaning and updates. There was no air conditioning and because it is located in a high traffic area there was a lot of noise right outside our window. There were some people blasting music from their vehicles outside our balcony after 9:00 pm when we were ready to settle in. However, the staff was amazing and was great about trying to find us a quiet room away from the main road.
