The place was gross. There was construction happening all around tbe property. So many things old and outdated. So much noise. The contractors were super sketchy as well. For the price to stay down there, I really wish we would have stayed down the road. The only perk was the location.

Made a rsvp for 2 rooms 2 nights, apparently if you dont show up exactly at check in they resale the rooms and void your reservations. I had unforseen trouble with my car rental so that was the reason for my late arrival. But the guy tells me your room is no longer available an rents me 1 room 1night for half the price i would have paid for both rooms 2 nights. Traveling with 3 special needs kids left me no choice but to pay ridiculous fees

Glad they started with the rooms. I would stay there again.

The pictures on Expedia are VERY misleading.. this is a rundown Motel 6 with crappy laminate flooring put in.. Wish I woulda took photos of how RUNDOWN everything was… I paid $350 a night!! & after seeing the room we only stayed long enough to find another place to stay… a room at the Fairmont was $30 more a night.. They got me good! Don’t get got like I did! If you want a nice or even a decent place to say, this is NOT the spot!

The Property Is About Location The Property is being remodeled and upgraded If you can get a newer room it is quite Doable The staff is very helpful in making you comfortable and will go out of their way to do so. If you get parking on site it is very secure. The price is very fair at 30.00 a day.

Got put in a room that was halfway through remodeling though we weren't told this ahead of time. A plywood exterior wall, dilapidated bathroom, mini fridge was actually a cooler with no power. Staff was friendly but unable to do anything and management was never around to answer for it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Great location, walking distance from pier 39 however the building is older and they charge extra for parking and if it s a”bigger car” a bit more and extra for early check in and extra for late check out. Just things to consider but with San Francisco limited parking I was ok with it

Location is nice! Easy walk to Fishermen's Wharf.

One thing we really appreciated was the flexibility with parking. Check-out was at 11:00 a.m., but we were able to pay for extended parking so we could enjoy our boat tour before heading home without worrying about moving the car. If you’re looking for a convenient, walkable place to stay while visiting San Francisco, I would definitely recommend the Wharf Inn!

The room is in need of remodeling. However having two king beds was a treat. Convenient location and safe monitored parking in back.
-
The room and building was unfinished and cluttered. Room walls were covered/repaired with plywood and many room windows were missing window pains. It was incredibly noisy as well. Overall this facility is run down and overpriced.

Didn't stay

Room renovations are incomplete and the ones completed are not well-done. the location is pretty good - it's convenient to the entire Wharf and most of the City is easily accessible from this spot. But between the homeless guys urinating and defecating on the sidewalks and the side of buildings and sleeping right outside the building - when they weren't screaming at the invisible entities around them, and the late-night cruisers blasting music out of their vehicles, it was hazardous to walk the sidewalks and impossible to get a decent night's sleep. For the price of the room, we expected better. The common areas were non-existent to terrible. We've stayed across the street at the Zephyr, and while the rooms there are over-priced for the quality, at least the common areas are really nice and comfortable.

We stayed here for the location. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The outside is being renovated. If done right, this property has a lot of potential.
-
Was not what I was expecting. Not clean and you could hear the people right above us walking and moving chairs.
-
location none

The was the nastiest scariest places I have ever stayed! If I had not flown all day and been exhausted arriving after midnight I would have cancelled at first sight. Lesson learned, pictures to sell don’t always give the full story! BEWARE AND KEEP SCROLLING

Great hotel! Clean room, helpful staff, right by Fisherman’s Wharf, so great location! They close off the parking lot so people who shouldn’t be in the lot can’t go on the lot, which was appreciated. Can be somewhat loud in the evenings with cars that drive by and blast their music, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. If you want to stay at Fisherman’s Wharf, it’s going to be loud. It seemed to quiet down by around 10:30 pm on most nights though. Either that or I was so sleepy I slept through it! Anyway, great hotel, great location for Fisherman’s Wharf tourists. I would definitely stay here again.

Might have been a bad week. However, no apologies for the drilling and with the amount we paid due to the high charges for the World Cup, I expected better.
