Be aware, garage parking at hotel is $75 a night. There are several parking garages across the street (block to 1/2 block) away for cheaper. Chinatown is very congested and the roads / sidewalks are very dirty.

LIKES: Location was excellent....within blocks from the main strip of The Warf. Room was very clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Shower had good water pressure and temperature. Loved the bathroom lighting. DISLIKES: The shower drain backed up and caused the tub to flood. The coffee machine did not work. The view was horrible....they stuck us in a room with a view of the inside of the building, facing all the other rooms. Parking at hotel was almost $80. There was cheaper parking blocks away at other properties, which was inconvenient. Breakfast time frame is too short and ended early, so didn't make it in time.

Advertised as a standard king room at 33 sq meters was maybe half that size. Very disappointing given the amount of money you spend

Arrived in a clean room and left in a well-kept room - thanks to housekeeping! Breakfast had a large selection. Very close to public transportation and walking distance to the Fisherman’s Wharf / Pier 39. Staff were nice and accommodating.
