Excellent location with tons of walkable restaurants, shopping, attractions. Breakfast was reasonably priced and good quality. The rest of the city doesn’t seem to open for breakfast until 7 or even 8 so it’s a good option for early risers.

The hotel also needs to up their cleanliness standards. Found several long dark hairs (not mine) in the bathroom and even on towels! So, okay overall, but I feel like there are better options in that area for comparable amounts of money. The breakfast on premises… just skip it. Not worth the prices they charge (it’s not complimentary).

The staff was amazing they knew all the sites and where to send us. The rooms were ok needs updating but amazingly convenient to the wharf and all the restaurants

The location was great, beds were comfortable and the property was clean. The downsides were that there was no pool and even though housekeeping was supposed to come every other day, they never came. I found a housekeeper that was helpful and gave me extra toilet paper and towels. Overall great stay.

This hotel is located in a wonderful area. We felt safe. Super clean rooms, friendly staff who were very helpful. Will definitely be back!

The room was clean, and so was the property. The fridge did not keep anything cold and the sheets leave something to be desired as far as comfortability. The staff were amazing, every single one of them! They were knowledgeable about the area and what to do, gave recommendations, took the time to talk to my daughter, provided discounts for things area the city, gave maps of where to go, and were all around fantastic people!! I did find it ridiculous after what they charge for rooms to charge me $70 a day to have my car valeted. I did not get my car once in the 2 days we stayed so $140 for parking where we are staying is pretty steep.

We had a fabulous 5-night stay! The staff were courteous and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was tasty. The location was perfect- close to Fisherman’s Wharf, Ghirardelli Square and hopping onto the cable cars! Highly recommend - we will be back!
