I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always been a pleasure. The staff has always been extremely kind and I love it that they are very pet friendly.

The Nikko is always focused on customer satisfaction, and it is my place of choice in SF. This time however left me thinking something must be going on, the check in was warm and welcoming, getting in the room early was a plus and appreciated. I noticed on the way to the room some trash on the hallways, but figured it must had been from all the check outs, well, the trash was there throughout my whole stay which was disappointing. I also asked one of the house keepers I would be needing a robe in my room. The robes didn’t arrived until late the second day and that was because I ran into one of the front desk managers in the pool area, and asked him if I could have them delivered in my room I also reported that the showers in the locker rooms we’re not working, but congratulated him on having the steamroom fixed unlike the past three years it barelyworked but the resort fee was still being charged. Also was back at the hotel late in the afternoon and my room had not been cleaned although I left mid morning with plenty of time for housekeeping to get in and take care of it. I could have venture accross the street for a 20% less rate that what I was paying, but i always have trusted the Nikko for an excellent stay. But this time I wonder if I should try somewhere else.

My favorite hotel in SF for over 10 years now, Nikko is the best!

Was a wonderful stay. The hotel was really nice and such a great location. I would def stay there again. Pool was terrific too, such comfortable lounges and lots of space.
-
Excellent stay from beginning to end. The hotel is elegant, very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms felt well maintained, the atmosphere was refined, and the overall service exceeded expectations. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a short but lovely stay at the Hotel Nikko. The rooms were clean and spacious and the club access was nice (although the food options were a bit limited compared to other hotels). The sushi restaurant in the hotel was outstanding!
-
Always a pleasure staying at Nikko. Home away from home.
-
Very clean and comfortable. Felt like they charged extra for any little thing. Staff generally cold except for the breakfast room who were lovely.
-
The fitness facility is exceptional and I truely felt at home. I was sad to leave I liked everything

Rooms were clean, nice view, amazing breakfast- European and Japanese, we loved both. Very friendly staff at breakfast too. You have an option to have Japanese dinner, sushi was fantastic, cocktails also. Whenever we needed a room service, they were there immediately, also valet parking did a great job. They brought car in 4 min. Sauna, fitness and pool - nice facilities. AC when entering lobby was too cold, too much for us, but we experience this throughout America. Toilet was soooo loud when pressing, we were almost afraid to go in
-
We like the Nikko hotel, good central location with nice amenities.

The staff in particular were all wonderful throughout, from reception, to restaurant, to cleaners, to doormen. I found the options for breakfast disappointing, but that could be because I'm used to having full English breakfasts or something akin. I also think the water in the bathtub is not as hot as it should be.

bathroom clean Coffee maker tricky

Nice lobby and breakfast area are very positive, as was the service. Check in and out, easy! We traveled with 10 to 14 aged kids and they enjoyed the pool very much.
