Kimpton Hotel Enso by IHG

Nice staff, convenient location and dog friendly. Great having self parking and easy to grab a Lyft uber or Waymo to different destinations. Lots of good restaurants nearby. I know it’s picky but bathroom door opened and blocked access to the room.

Good location, clean room, clean sheets, good customer service, 2 long dressing mirrors Shower door wouldn’t close all the way, making shower uncomfortable trying not to leak water everywhere. Only 2 glasses in the room, had to go buy disposable cups for rinsing mouths and drinks. Stains on bathroom shelf below mirror, made bathroom feel a little dirty.

Clean room staff was cool

We had a great stay at Hotel Enso. Though the parking is tricky due to the small garage, it was still really nice to have access to it, especially early before our official check in so we could safely park and see some places nearby. The staff were really nice and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was consistent and quiet. The location was really convenient to shopping and dining as well. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location, friendly staff and convenient parking on premises

This is my favorite hotel right in the heart of Japantown. The one which we always want to stay at whenever we are in SF. It’s just that the price is sometimes expensive. There is paid indoor parking. No free breakfast but there’s a nice restaurant in the hotel, Hed11 that serves decent breakfast to dinner. I love the outdoor courtyard. The rooms are clean and have Kimono robes in the bathroom. The staff are excellent!

We liked the room service, the shower, and the bed mattress quality

Enso is in the heart of Japantown right across from the Japan Center/Peace Plaza with a dozen excellent restaurants right there. It's friendly & peaceful in the lobby and in the rooms which follow a clean, restful aesthetic. A nice relaxing place to recover from the hustle of the SF streets. There are Lyft bike kiosks nearby which is a great way to explore the area, they handle the steep hills surprisingly well!

This is a lovely hotel right near JapanTown with large rooms, nice amenities, an accommodating staff, parking and a Tesla charger. Everything we needed for a weekend away in San Francisco Nothing

Good location in Japantown close to Pacific Heights, very attentive staff, pet-friendly. Not the best value for money.
