This is our go-to hotel in SF. Great location, clean environment, and service is excellent. The manager, Will, is amazing. He went the extra miles to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. ! We will be back, for sure!
-
Excellent place to stay has a good location, walking distance to Fillmore street. Friendly and helpful personal. Super clean hotel.

Have stayed many many times. Always happy with the hotel.

Extremely overpriced

Such a gem! Excellent staff, super clean rooms and a safe, fascinating neighborhood with tons of restaurants & shops. The employees made a great hotel even better.
-
Ensure that you double check the invoice charge before checking out! I only stayed for one night & they double charged me the parking fee, I only brought one vehicle ($55 per vehicle!!!) & they double charged me for a single glass of wine the night I got there! ($23 per glass), so in total they OVERCHARGED ME $156!!!

There is are some hidden fees that you get after check out even though you are already paying with booking. They refused to help with that it was a a steep charge.
-
We had such a great stay! I lived in SF for 20 years. This was the perfect spot for coming back to visit!
-
Super friendly front desk staff. Helpful and accommodating. Always a pleasant experience! Also, it’s SF so I highly recommend parking in the connected garage. Secure, well lit, and worth the cost every time.
-
The staff was friendly and responsive to my questions.
-
Excellent location for shops, restaurants and public transportation.

Great hotel in San Francisco.
-
Love the vibe of this hotel. Will stay here again next time in San Francisco
-
There were two of us in a room meant for two people, yet the hotel supplied only one bathrobe. This is a pity, because the hotel is well located and has a friendly and informal vibe.
-
The decor and design of the lobby. Eclectic and comfortable.
-
Staff was very helpful. We needed a microwave and they brought it to the room. The location is Excellent. If you have a car, I recommend parking in the Japan Center parking lot.

We always go to Japan town and park at japan parking garage. It’s so convenient to the hotel. It’s our first time to book at kabuki. But we always stay in other areas in San Francisco. This is a neat Hotel. We love its uniqueness. Lonely thing that we experience is that we book for a two double bed but when we were checking in, they only gave us one king bed for three people. They gave us a rollaway bed though overall it was a good experience, but basically we don’t really stay at the hotel most of the time we were out for the graduation celebration of our son.
