The staff is always so accommodating and helpful. It’s like returning home.

Friendly staffj. Room was excellent, tucked away and quiet. Ambiance was great. They have complimentary breakfast and a tea time in the evenings. I overheard staff multiple times go above and beyond to explain surrounding area and give helpful tips. Definitely will stay again when im in town.

The rooms were just lovely and the staff, especially Michael and John were so helpful and sweet. We all enjoyed the Breakfasts and coffee too. Parking right across the street was very helpful. And very short walks to markets and restaurants were super convenient, especially on our late nights. We definitely recommend the Queen Anne Hotel.

First time staying here. Good location. But it’s a pretty old facility . Nothing special.

Very convenience

Historically excellent, a little quirky, and super well managed. Food was ok.

However, there was a Filipino male attendant who gave me a ride after a Lyft deserted me. The attendant drove me for about 25 minutes to meet up with my daughter. I have never had any hotel staff member to be so helpful! The hotel could be quite n beautiful with some renovation.

Charming Victorian stay, but the room was little dated and uncomfortable for the price. The pillows and the beds were very uncomfortable. The room carpet was quite dirty. The staff were accommodating. Great access to the dedicated parking lot but limited available space. Walking distance to Japan town.

Lobby looks unique, beautiful and special ("victorian style"). Very good and pleasant service. Clean. Nearby parking, reasonable price. Simple breakfast, like in many California hotels. The furniture in the room is in the same style at in the lobby but it means old, doors and drawers sometimes open by themselves. We didn't have enough space for clothes for several days trip for 2 people. Not enough power sockets.

staff was super friendly, they held our bags prior to check in with no issue, they offered transport to SFO in a number of ways decor was a bit outdated, but it servied its purpose

I'm impressed how freiendly & helpful staff are. I will definetely stay here again. Continental breakfast is nice & on time.

Absolutely one of a kind

What an amazingly beautiful hotel. Anytime I go to the Fillmore I will definitely stay there.

My only downside was that there was no AC in the rooms, so it felt a little stuffy at times. We could open the window, but I didn’t want to leave it open at night while we were sleeping. I completely understand that it’s an older historic building, so AC may not be feasible. Thankfully, the fan provided by the hotel was useful and helped make the room a little more comfortable, just wish the room felt colder. Breakfast was good. Waffle maker, hard boiled eggs, hand, sausage, bagels, English muffins, cereal, muffins, fruit and coffee. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return!

Perfect place for me and my three girlfriends to spend my bachelorette weekend!
