Free Parking was the selling point for us. Nearby restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night food. The room was decent and perfect for what we needed...a clean place to rest our heads. Grateful to the concierge to offer us a 3rd floor room in the event things got noisy. It was all just fine. We'd stay again.

The location is great. The room was redone. Unfortunately the room had a musty smell and was very stark. Needs a few pictures or something to give it warmth

Booked Nob Hill Inn for the SF Marathon weekend and it worked out great. The room was recently updated and everything was new and very clean. Front desk staff was great. Easy-in and easy-out, and so wonderful to have a hotel that includes parking and does not charge you $$$ each night just to park.

Really clean and spacious room, on site parking and great location for sightseeing

Possibly the noisiest hotel I have ever been in San Francisco, and I've been in many. Even in the Tenderloin. The walls and ceiling are paper thin, and you can hear everything going on in the rooms around you, and especially above you. The people above us were incredibly inconsiderate and noisy, banging and stomping around until about midnight, then up and at it again at 4am, it was unbelievable. I tried calling the front desk, but no response whatsoever. I barely slept at all. To top it off, travelers hanging out in the hallways and stairways, sitting around smoking cigarettes everywhere. The whole place wreaks of cigarette smoke. Gross. There's no supervision at all. Other than that, yes, the room was clean, and the sheets and towels were clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a fridge, and a microwave in the room. A nice large flat screen TV was nice. Worked well to drown out all the other noise, but only until we wanted to go to sleep, then we had to just lay there and suffer through it. The louvred blinds were broken, many slats were barely attached, and the sun came in the window at first light. Very annoying. The bathroom was clean and the tub and shower seemed fairly newly remodeled, but the water pressure was practically non-existent. Overall a frustrating and sleepless night. We won't be back, even though the location is awesome.

Comfy bed, loved the hot chocolate/coffee machine, just wished it was open at 7 when we were up. Great location!

Staff was hard to get a hold of. My rental was hit in the parking lot. They have roaches. The phone didn’t work in our hotel room. Would not recommend.

Rooms were excellent and updated, staff was great, location was awesome, and parking was excellent.

Very clean, new bathroom fixtures and a wonderful bed. WiFi excellent. Tv excellent and great room facilities, iron & iron board, refrigerator and microwave Absolutely nothing. It was fantastic

It was a great location, the staff on check in were very lovely and accommodating and it was clean. I was woken up every day early in the morning from the cleaners. The first day before 9am they actually walked into our room, our fault we didn’t have the do not disturb sign up however they were very loud starting from early each morning.

It was in a good location and near to attractions like the famous Pier 39 and ferry to Alcatraz. Jay who was on reception was very helpful and gave good advice on how to get around San Francisco and recommended places to visit. I would recommend The room was very small and quite tight to move around and parking was tight.

The property includes free, on-site parking and an elevator option for rooms on the second and third floor for those in need of handicap accessibility. The location being very close to Pier 39 and many other stores and restaurants was convenient. The lighted mirror in the bathroom and the large spacious room itself was very convenient as well as the in room air-conditioning and heating. The larger flatscreen TV with some an app capabilities and free Wi-Fi if you have your own fire stick or also a nice place. The extra charging outlets were a nice touch for the ones that were functioning. The rooms were clearly remodeled at some point in time thus looking like the photos on the site however, our room was very used with bumps and dings on the walls, including a small indentation where the door knob hits the wall. There were a few stains on the bedding as well and the charging outlets on the one side of our headboard were not functioning. The windows were very hard to manipulate, especially the one in the bathroom. The on site parking is very limited and the spaces are very small so not very large vehicle accommodating.

Got fantastic advice about parking around town at check in. Lot's of great places to eat in walking distance. Room is very comfortable.
