Free parking hidden from public view. Easy access from street. Newly remodeled room. Spacious room. Location close to good places The walkway in front of our room seemed like it was deteriorating under the covering, it was spongy. Elevator was really slow. Parking spots were really, really tight but at least free and away from public view. No breakfast. Minimal TV stations & one was really choppy.

The room was clean and comfortable. We did manage to check in, but when checking out no body was at check out counter ( 10:30 am ) . We just left our door cards in a small plastic box and left. The morning of our leaving there was a homeless man sleeping in the hallway next to the stairs.

Pleasant area and clean room. Blinds did not prevent strong light from street pouring in. WiFi not available for TV. Car parking advertised as free- then told daily charge.

This is a great hotel and very clean! You can't beat the free parking!! The staff are always welcoming. The location is perfect...so easy to get to all the fun SF spots!

I like the room service and also the cleanliness. The room is big and clean. And the location is good as well. The bed is comfortable. Both me and my parents like this hotel.

Room was fairly clean, some hairs in the bathroom but nothing major. The room was large. The noise was terrible from upstairs, felt like constant banging most of the night. The tap was terrible too and dripped so slowly when trying to use cold water. The parking was good it was included but the spaces are very tight so tricky with a larger vehicle. Would probably not stay again just for the noise issue

The motor inn is in a great location and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately we paid a 6 star rate for a 2 star motor inn due to a large conference in San Fran at that time. The room was stuffy, dark and not the cleanest. However if we had only had to pay the standard rate, I guess it would have been ok.
