It was value for money and it has free parking. The parking space, really dated facilities and the flooring and lighting in the room.

Comfortable accommodations for our short stay in San Fran. The room we stayed in was a great size with 2 king size beds. Location was easy to get into and appreciated free onsite parking.

Nothing Unclean, locks missing, disgusting odors, stains

Room very well located within walking distance from lots of attractions: fisherman’s wharf, pier 39, union square , … we did everything by foot while letting the car in the parking which is free and a great advantage for San Francisco ! Room cleanliness to be improved … I understand that people come in and out in a big city like San Francisco but still it could be better. It looked like the room hadn’t been dusted for a long time ! We also found a booger stuck next to the bed and some hair on the bathroom floor and tub. Hopefully we had some disinfectant and could clean up a bit… beds were clean though which is the most important.

Pros: parking included and location. Cons: it's an older property and didn't appear to be well sound insulated. Unfortunately during my stay the tenants directly above me were "audible" during the evening with their movement (at first I thought might be construction but it just turned out to be a couple of rooms with several people--likely more than 2 per room moving around late at night: loud walking, furniture shuffling etc. and it made enough noise after 11pm to disturb sleep). Had it been more than a 2 night stay I would requested a different room. For the location the price isn't bad but it would have been a better stay with a quieter room..

This is a clean, affordable hotel with parking, in a good location. One of the most depressing rooms I’ve ever stayed in, tho.

Tried calling for towels and no one would answer after two calls. Went down to the office and waited for 10 minutes before leaving since no one was there.

Worth noting this is a motel not a hotel. Good location. Management were extremely unhelpful - extremely loud neighbours partying through the night between 2300-0500. No response from front desk phone, went physically to the desk and was advised it would be managed. Returned later as noise continued advised would be managed and refunded for one night due to significant disruption. Management in morning retracted this offer and advised that I should have called the police? Very unhelpful and after that did not feel safe.
