The staff were very accomodating.
-
We were 4 people, the room only had 3 shower towels, when asked the stuff for extra towels they said that they don't have any.
-
The rooms look they they have recently been renovated. The sheets felt like that had to much starch. And the noise from other guests can be heard by everyone. But it got the job done....if you have a low car do not park under the hotel. You will scrape your car on the concrete

Our room was clean! Excellent for a family of 5! Plenty of room to move around.
-
Staff was helpful. The room was clean. Parking was free, which is great!

The room was clean. The mattress was comfortable but the frame was very noisy. I wish the room had blackout curtains because some light still filters from the blinds they already have. Also, I stayed on the 2nd floor and you can hear the steps from the people above us which was disturbing after a long day of adventure. However the parking and location was great

The room seemed like it had been updated. Very clean. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Parking was available under prop.

The rooms are nice, although we booked a family room for 5 people and it only had two king sized beds….in my opinion two beds equals 4 people. So it was a tight sleeping situation but we made do. Free parking is great, but it’s super tught tight to get in the spaces. Great area with a lot to do in walking distance. Overall, we had a great stay.

Room was very nice recently upgraded looked very clean
-
Maintenance was really only issue had some scratches marks on wall shower water wasn’t warm handle came off
-
Weak internet
-
The only downside was that the room wasn’t very soundproof. We could hear heavy footsteps and noise from guests walking in the room above us, even late at night and early in the morning, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Aside from the noise, we enjoyed our stay.
-
The wifi sucked. Other than that great value.
-
While we appreciated having a room away from the foot traffic, my family did not feel safe near the electrical room. Our room had very low water pressure in the restroom and one of the walls had yellow/brown stains.
-
Great location to everything. Easy & fast check in. Free parking is a plus then staff are helpful.
-
Clean, convenient; expensive but comparable for area
-
Decent place to stay

Very clean rooms. Took a while for reception/owner to come out but when he did, communication went well and was very helpful. Both the soda machine and the ice machine were broken when we arrived. Lots of little and very good food options a few blocks away. About a 30 minute walk to Wharf, very doable. Enjoyed our stay.

The motel has no security and easy access for any outsider to the rooms and cars but felt like a safe neighborhood although a big city so take that with a grain of salt. Easy access to the Muni (we went to Oracle Park and the Warf with our family no problem). The room was clean and had AC. Remarkably quiet for the location. But quality is a basic motel, especially the bathroom. Has a window in the bathroom that when opened faces into the walkway. No real amenities except vending machine and parking. So pros and cons but overall we enjoyed the experience.

it was okay. easy for the night. parking was terrible though. literally no space and so narrow. it’s hard to access cause cars park going upward when you need to enter there to go down. it was truly annoying. besides that ac worked, in the middle of everything in SF. the place was renovated so it looked better. but it’s not somewhere i’d stay multiple nights.
