Very good location, affordable, friendly reception Walls as thin as paper, we could hear everyone and everything outside at 6am. Was a small inconvenience.

Superb

I stayed at Pacific Heights and wouldn't book again. The room was hot and there's no air conditioning. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable, and the bed linens had stains. There's no daily housekeeping. Parking is only guaranteed if you arrive early. After that you're on your own. Cars pull in head-first right in front of the room doors, so you hear engines, headlights and doors at all hours. The room doors are also very thin and you can hear everything from outside and from other rooms. Getting a full night's sleep was difficult. The location is fine, but the rooms need a serious upgrade: new mattresses, clean linens, AC and better soundproofing. For what you pay, there are better options in the area.

Location, clean and comfortable bed. Coffee was accessible and plentiful in the office. Having parking provided was awesome! A little outdated but that’s not as important as the other things I mentioned.

Nothing Where do i start. No air conditioning. No easily accessible power point to charge items. TV reception was like from 1975. Bed looked as though Captain Cooks grandmother may have slept in it. If i was booking.com i would remove it from the site. Shower did not even have the basics such as body wash. Would NOT recommend

It was super clean, the front desk staff were both really nice and very welcoming. I’d definitely come back here again to stay! The staff was absolutely amazing and super nice. My room was really clean. Good location.

It was close to everything. It was a bit expensive, considering you couldn't get coffee after a day on the road. It would have been great for to get coffee.

It was unseasonably warm while we were there (90’s). There is no air conditioning here, however portable fans were provided at our request. Our bed was also extremely squeaky.l for There is a coffee bar at the office where there is no charge. It was a good value for the price and the location was great.

Great location, very clean and cozy room, we got one with small separated bedroom, lots of air and sun. Very nice and welcoming staff, we loved our stay and highly recommend this place None, everything was awesome!

One out of 3 rooms we got first was great. Nothing special, but it worked out. One of friends got really dirty rooms, that smelled like smoke. The other stayed near people that were really noisy and there was sounds from the streets.

Free parking was helpful in San Francisco. There was no air conditioning in the room or coffee making facilities, also beds were very small for a double.
