Pacific Heights Inn

The location. The furnishings were okay and the bed was comfy. The television was excellent. There was a loud noise the last day I was there with some kind of pavement remodeling that was obnoxious and someone was almost blocking my car from getting out of the parking space so I had to have the hotel manager back my car out of the spot as he was unable to (supposedly) get a hold of the people who parked so tightly that they made it hard to get out of the parking spot.

Comfortable bed and pillow, Clean, Very friendly and kind hotel staff. We really appreciated the possibility of leaving our luggage for the entire day after check-out. The kitchenette was very poorly equipped, with just 2 plates, no cutlery, no knife or mugs available. There were cups and hot water in the reception area, but nothing in the kitchenette itself—only wine glasses.

Location was great

The hotel staff was very kind to keep our luggage even after checkout, which saved us. It is next to a bus stop that is very convenient, and there are several convenience stores around that we could use. There was free coffee. We enjoyed our visit overall. The location is very calm and beautiful. It was all good. We don't have any complaints.

This is a nice family-run hotel. It is in a nice area and it is quiet with free parking space. Coffee is available for free and the people are helpful and friendly. For the price it is excellent value for money and the location is great for seeing the city.

Kind staff Smell in the room

The motel is located on a quiet, not-too-busy street, close to Fisherman's Wharf. We chose this place because of its great location. We requested a quiet room on an upper floor, but despite this, we were given a ground-floor room where we could hear every step of the guest above us. The room was very cramped — we could barely find space even for our suitcases. We only received soap and shampoo upon special request. Next time, we would choose a more comfortable accommodation.

Basic room with slightly dated facilities. Located in a nice neighbourhood, walkable and full of cafes and restaurants close by. Bedsheets, towels were clean, however window sills were full of dust and dirt, so overall impression was that the room could be much cleaner. Bathroom had a bit of sewer smell and the room itself felt rather humid.

The location was within walking distance to many mini markets, cafes, and places to eat. The drain in the shower didn’t work all the way. There was standing water as you shower.
