Very disappointed in the layout of the property.....to have a toilet with no door is absolutely ridiculous definitely don't recommend it for anyone that enjoys privacy....there was no bed just a mattress on the floor....Very comfortable i will admit but wouldn't stay there again

It was great 👍

Got automatically booked into an ADA unit that didnt have any bathroom privacy. I didn’t specify that I wanted this room but was automatically assigned to it anyway. The staff was able to move me to a more appropriate room but the lack of bathroom door/privacy during my first night was quite an annoyance.

I don’t like about the room setup and the bed it is as a bunker bed and the room looks like a cave. I went to see the room and made declined on the spot, and talk to the front desk to cancel my reservation, she was nice and did canceled the reservation, I have to look for another place to stay the night. This is my worst experience in Expedia booking booking not knowing what you are expecting.

This was fine but upon arrival I had no power in the room - not even the lights or something to charge my phone. It was pitch dark which made unpacking a challenge at 1:15 AM when I arrived. They were full and couldn't give me another room, and the support people were gone so I was forced to live with it. The worst part was the bed folds up and down with an electric motor, and it was up when I arrived so when not sleeping it's more like a couch. But it couldn't fold down and thus I was forced to sleep on a what was essentially a small couch. I got very little sleep which sucked. The staff didn't tell me they have a small breakfast on the 2nd floor, but I learned that from a guest in the elevator. The breakfast is basically cereal and a pastry - no eggs, toast, etc.

Nice hotel, very clean and central. In a bit of a sketchy area when you walk outside with a lot of homeless and mental health issues on dusply

Modern amenities

The Sky room is very TINY..(like literally) With NO seating like literally The MANAGERS are super nice and switched my room the next day to a BETTER room Rooms are nicely done and very clean and the beds are comfortable Close by everything and will Definitely stay again ……… thanks

Clean and cozy The receptionist was very blunt and rude. The security of the hotel did not look like they would be able to do anything if there was a security issue. The area is full of drug addicts and homeless makes it scary to enter and leave the property. I think better security stood on the outside as well as inside would make me feel safer. Out of the windows you can see 10s of homeless people. People were playing music really loud in the rooms near me till late at night when I had an early flight. I tried to call reception and the phone in the room would not dial.

It was the perfect location for the event we were attending. It was very accomendating putting us on the same floor as the other party of friends that we were with. Very clean they threw a great party on Sunday with music and food. Can't think of anything

Location bed and gym Elevator not working full day hard to check out with heavy bags, internet could be better
-
The room we got was terrible and the staff instead of changing or finding another accomodation, the person said it was the right room for us. The room had high stairs. Had no bed frame but was stck in a place close to the ceiling. The wall not finished with the cement and concrete exposed. Not nice and close to 200 per night was terrible.

staff was so sweet

I log the lighting it was the best part and the showers was amazing. Only thing would be the parking situation, something to try and figure out for customers.
-
The Location was ok / central. The staff was helpful. You dont feel safe due to neighborhood - The room was so small. I couldnt open my luggage. The breakfast is not satisfied. (Classic American Breakfast) There is no lock for bathroom or toilett in the rooms because of glasss design doors.
-
Good location Rooms were smaller than I thought
-
My room was very amazing with a great view outside very clean. Friendly staff in the front helping check in if you had any questions or get any snacks. The air condition in the room was great all night.
