It was great and safe as well as clean.

Amazing staff, any questions I had was helped immediately. Even over the phone, answered quick, very professional as well. Would stay here again for any events I have in the city.

We had a wonderful stay! We will definitely visit again if we are in town

Breakfast was awesome! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely consider staying there again for the jazz festival next year.

Friendly staff and wonderful room Nothing

Wonderful place to stay. 20 min walk from downtown. Highly recommend.

Booked this because it was closest to SAP Center. Nice hotel but not in the best part of town. Not much around it, if you’re looking for options to walk around and do things, stay more downtown. It had a nice kitchen and is a good hotel but not the best overall experience we were looking for.

Very clean, modern

We gave 4 stars. Overall was very nice but there were limited parking spaces in the structure and it made it very difficult to find a parking when we came back late.
-
Great location, parking was not the greatest bc it’s a garage parking and in the evening you have a hard time finding a spot. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Only issue I had was I wanted to tip housekeeping, they have a digital option and I had no cash. The QR code to scan, pointed to a link that did not function. I tried also at the front desk but there was no available option to leave a tip for the hardworking housekeepers.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this place was very clean and I loved that it’s very safe and had to use your room key for the elevators and going inside the parking lot! My family felt very safe! My wife loved the kitchen and everything in the room was great! Loved the stay would definitely stay here again! If I would go say maybe just the parking and paying for parking but what hotel doesn’t charge for parking? Ha

The hotel was not as advertised online. The room was much smaller than it looked in the photos. Although it had a kitchen, there wasn’t even a table or a proper place to sit and eat, which made the kitchen almost useless. Overall, the room was disappointing and didn’t match my expectations based on the online listing.

The property had a wonderful patio on the roof, with amenities such as a tv, fireplace and grills to barbecue. The staff were so kind and generous. Check in was very easy. The rooms were clean, spacious, and location is close to downtown. There isn’t anything I didn’t like.

They had a fantastic rooftop to sit outside in cozy area with real snake plants and another section to grill and eat that you can reserve or use. There was. Huge TV on the wall with remote but you couldnt watch anything except local channels. I tried logging in to netflix' youtube' mirroring my phone, nothing. That was the worst part about hanging out at the rooftop. I even asked how to connect. Thdy said you can't. I came with a lot of crossfit athletes and it was packed but the hotel had quiet times and they were upheld. Beautiful tiled walking shower and everything you need including a blow dryer. Great food choices around and walked to and from the SAP for the CFGames. Construction was loud next door during the week. Not on weekends. A huge building being built across the street. But I just turned on the AC. The staff was so accomodating and pleasant. Perfect spot to stay for walking to and from main areas if able. Thank you!

It smelled good, the staff was super helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delightful and had a lot of options, we particularly liked the oatmeal bar setup, as how my friend is gluten free. Rooms were clean and well stocked, loved the mini kitchen. Did not hear any sounds of other guests, well insulated. The air and heat was easy to use. THE SHOWER WAS AMAZING
