Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly

Overall, I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms. Everything was spotless, and I did not find any random hair in the shower or other areas, which is always a good sign of thorough housekeeping. This aspect of my stay was definitely up to high standards and contributed to a comfortable and pleasant visit. The only issue I encountered was with the front desk staff requiring a physical card for incidentals. In today's world, where contactless payments and tapping cards have become the norm, this felt a bit inconvenient and outdated. The staff was somewhat persistent about this policy, which came across as a little annoying. However, aside from this minor inconvenience, the service was satisfactory. The grounds in the room were immaculate, clean very modern and new. Lots of functional spaces very convenient.

Every member of the staff were pleasant and helpful. We were thrilled with the accommodations, the breakfast offerings, and the polite service team. We will definitely stay here again when attending an event at the SAP Center which is within walking distance. It will save time and hefty parking fees.

Everything was great!

We enjoyed 3 @ 5 night stays during June 26 while visiting family and taking in World Cup games at Levi Stadium and San Pedro Square Fanzone. The hotel is excellent, great staff who are always helpful. Well appointed rooms and a good breakfast. Great location especially if you want to use the VTA or Caltrain and a short distance by Lyft / Uber from SJC. We stayed at the hotel in 2025 and I’m sure we will return in 2027.

I was disappointed by the reception team during my recent stay. Despite arriving with heavy luggage, not a single staff member offered to help or even acknowledged the struggle. A hotel’s front desk sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately this one felt indifferent to guests’ basic needs. I hope management addresses this, as a little attentiveness goes a long way in hospitality.

This is an excellent hotel, modern facilities, rooms are perfect for short or long term stays and the hotel is well located. The staff are outstanding, always willing to help. We have stayed a number of times while visiting family in San Jose and will be back.

The check in was absolutely convenient and easy. Beautiful hotel. Couldn’t find the location easily. We were in the 7th floor and all we heard was stomping and jumping from above the whole time we were there. Place needed a lot more cleaning and dusting.
