No complaints about this hotel, everything was great and good walking distance to the SAP center what we were there for. Will definitely book again.

Nothing.

My gripe is paying for extras like parking. We stayed for one night, parking for three cars because that was the intention for the trip—meeting in the middle to see my daughters and do some shopping at Westfield. Overall was great but heads up about that $30/car.

Hotel is close to downtown and SAP Center which was very convenient for us. Room was cleaned, spacious, and bed was comfortable. Hotel was clean and quiet.
-
Nice place to stay when you are in downtown San Jose or attending an event at the SAP Center.

Everything. Nothing.

Our stay here had some issues. We had a hard time finding the reception. No sign indicating that was the entrance. The room was clean, but didn't have a fresh scent, and the ice machines were not working. I went to different floors to find ice. We walked to an event, the neighborhood didn't feel safe.
