It was ok.When we booked online, there weren’t any pictures of the property.When we pull-up to it, we found out it’s not an Inn, it’s a motel.

Perfect location within walking distance to all things downtown San Luis Obispo. My husband and I stayed in a room with a single queen bed, and it was roomy enough for us. The room was clean and comfortable with a boutique kind of vibe. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. The gentleman that checked us in at the front desk was very friendly and kind as well.

Walked into the warmest welcome. The woman behind the desk made me feel welcomed instantly. Check-in was quick. Parking was available at 4 when I arrived. The room was immaculate. Everything smelled and felt clean. The shower had the best pressure and heat. I had the best sleep in ages, their bed was so comfortable. The place was respectfully quiet at night too. 10 out of 10 experience. Will be staying again!

I would not let any of my family members stay at any place at this end of Marsh Ave. Very seedy area. At least a three block walk to the better area of town. I would not stay there again.
