Not terrible but not great. The room was dusted well and property looked a bit run down. Parking very small and crowded.
-
Honestly the rooms are not well clean and they are decently not changing sheets. also there was hair in the bathroom sink.
-
For the first time as a woman traveling alone, a man just wrote my room number down and did not say it out loud even though we were just the two people in the office.
-
Right next to the freeway for easy access. The place was simple but the bathroom had a weird ticking sound in the ceiling. Parking was over full when I got back from my outing so I had to park on the street.
-
The room was clean and it was relatively quiet. There was no breakfast, pool or amenities and the price was exorbitant due to the college graduation. Had to ask twice for the wifi password twice and there was no one in office working at 8am on a Monday.
-
The room smelled terrible air fresheners.
-
Completely rundown property. When we arrived, the window was stuck closed and room was thick with the smell of pest control chemicals. The bed was the worst quality I’ve ever slept on. Wooden furniture heavily used and worn down. Plastic chairs, which I guess was the cleanest thing in the room since they could be easily wiped down and sanitized.

Quiet and and clean enough. We needed a spot to sleep and shower during a busy graduation weekend. Easy walk to downtown which was great!

It was an excellent, safe and convenient location for the graduation we attended at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. The small microwave and working refrigerator were great and there was a good sized TV with Netflix and Direct TV channels. We rated the property an 8 instead of 10 because the toilet/small tub shower combination with no counter space behind the closed door, with the sink and counter in the main room, were disturbing to the other sleeper in the room when the sink was being used for hand washing after toilet was used during the night. All in all would recommend the property. Thanks again to the wonderful manager. The bathroom layout could be a little challenging when showering, brushing teeth, etc due to area of small tub shower combination and toilet not having counter space and sink and counter space being in the main room outside the bathroom door.
-
Very old facility, extremely tight parking lot, zero room for large SUV’s. Shop around, various price gouging takes place at the start/end of the CalPoly college year.
-
the people are very kind and helpful.

Stay was great
-
There was a roach in closet and stains on the bedding
-
Good room but basic. Very expensive but it was a car show weekend

Gaping hole in the drywall that didn’t appear to shed light from the neighboring room. (manager said he was aware). Rusted & dilapidated fridge that was missing parts but was functional. The unidentified staining on the inside of the microwave was a mystery that’s best left unsolved. The (1) wash cloth was either stained or dirty or both. The few sticks of worn out furniture were in such bad shape that they wouldn’t be accepted at a charity donation store. I found a floor length mirror stowed in the door-less closet. 1 hanger. The sheets were clean & I saw no bugs or signs of rodents. The room I had should be demoed & redone completely.
-
price was great for location, rooms were nice and clean, staff was very friendly. Out side of hotel buildling looks old
-
It’s not worth what I paid for one night.
-
Comfortable room size. Door to bathroom wouldn't stay closed. Porch light outside room extremely bright.
-
Unfortunately I forgot to pack shampoo and body soap and the dispensers in the hotel were empty. The AC made a weird noise all night sounded like someone shuffling through trash. Made it hard to sleep. Pros: Unit was clean, area was quiet and close to freeway.

It was decent for the price. Convenient location
