Great room but over my budget for a room

Everything was onay

Disappointing

I like where it was located right next to the freeway I like that it was fairly priced and it was pretty quiet Everything was good but it was a little bit old on the inside. I think there needs to be some improvements done to the overall facility. We had walked out or went to the beach and then came back and when we came back our door he didn't work and it wasn't because it was by my phone it was in my wallet aside from everything else. So then I went to the front desk and she said to ask the cleaning ladies to open the door for me which I thought was odd she should have just asked herself and told them to open it so I found them and they didn't speak much English and it took a while to get them to come to the door even at first they didn't walk to the door they're like just go open and I tried of course it doesn't work and then I had to like call them over to open it it was just weird. And then the bathroom door it was like off the hinges so you had to slam it and we felt bad because we felt like the neighbors were here at super loud.

Overall, give this place a miss. The property was okay, well maintained, but if you’re staying here, make sure you have some rubber boots or galoshes as the carpeting is FILTHY. How hard would it be to rent a carpet cleaner, and take care of this? You know you’re in trouble when housekeeping’s vacuum cleaner is dirtier than the room. ick. At least in my room. And speaking of rooms, I had to change mine because in the first one, there was some kind of weird smell. horrid. To cap this off, the check in guy was one of the more unfriendly people I’ve met. He came off to me like he suspected that I was going to rob the place. Just unfriendly. Hard pass on this place…

The hotel is quiet and not a lot of noise like other hotels.

Hotel was decent, small parking lot, a bit on the older side, and no coffee in the morning.

The condition of the property is fair. The plus is that Hwy 101 is easily accessible.

Nothing The lobby had no snack in their machine. There was no hot water and when told the front desk , the next day he said “ oh the maintenance man said the water heater broke . The front didn’t even know . That’s lack of communication. The backing of the remote to the T.V had no backing and batteries didn’t work. The chairs and table smelled and dirty. ALL shampoo and conditioner , and body wash dispenser was empty. You can smell marijuana really strong from the rooms and next door. We wanted to relax and be comfortable . It was not a pleasant stay . Very disappointing

Room was clean. No air conditioning. Bar door to bathroom is not staying close. 😉 but overall experience was good. I was worried about noise from highway but it was okay, not bothering us

The room was clean, yet needs an upgrade on decor. No hangers in closet. Parking lot could use a repave Staff did their job, which was to check you in. Didn't give any "extras" like where to eat, etc. (No I teraction at all).

very noisy from traffic

The mattress was horrible, it felt like laying a bunch of pillows put together. The bathroom was would not close completely, the toilet was rubbing on the door you had to force it to get it thru the toilet. The floor was so dirty and sticky, obviously will never stay again nor will I ever recomend this place to anyone. Thank you!
