Surprisingly quiet in the upstairs end of corridor location. Clean room, bed OK, but slightly worn desk and table furniture. Nothing luxurious but it had coffee, refrigerator, TV that worked just fine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.

This place has some bad reviews but I guess its certain rooms or something else. I had a room for 2 and it was clean, no problems at all.

The San Luis Inn was comfortable, clean, and in a great location to explore downtown. Only good reviews to share… Everyone was helpful, accommodating, gracious, and kind.

The room smelled, the a/c leaked water and needs a lot of work done. I would not have my wife stay there but it was cheap and close to my jobsite. Manager was rude. Wouldn't recommend it

Motel propre et bien entretenu. Proche de la station de Bus si vous souhaiter aller visiter le chateau Hearst Castle. Restaurant Taco Bell tout pres.

Good value for the stay The lamp that was broken, the bathroom door that Got stuck on the shower curtain rod, and couldn't open all the way, the bathroom lights that kept turning on and off as if a ghost were playing tricks on us ,The floors that made our socks black ..needs a deep cleaning! Lastly ,The big green hairy booger on the bathroom door, somebody left most likely while taking a mondo dook!!!

The room was very clean... Old school motel feel but very much a good value for the price based on other rooms in the area... Quiet and peaceful... Leaving out can be difficult based on the location being right next to a highway entrance... Other than that... No complaints would recommend for a short stay 1-3 nights... Located near EVERYTHING SLO has to offer... If you're on a budget and just visiting for a few days stay here... You won't be disappointed Other than being in your room not much else to expect from the facility... They have a soda machine, an ice machine and a parking lot...

Owner wasn’t able to communicate with us, took forever trying to help any guests others were leaving it was taking so long. Kept staring awkwardly at us but wouldn’t speak. Gave us an uneasy feeling the bathroom was pretty beat up. AC didn’t work well
