For a 5 Star location I found it disappointing. I booked the next level of room up. Was traveling with a friend and still had residual cough. Was hesitant about coughing on her in the same bed so wanted an option. The room accommodation said that the room slept 3. Therefore, I assumed that there was either a rollaway or a sofa bed available. When got there and called desk, they said that the room did not qualify for 3 adults....that I must be "wrong". My getting a rollaway would cost another $50/nite. Obviously, this did not set well with me. I asked to speak to manager. Desk called back and said that if I could produce Expedia page where it listed that the room could accommodate 3 people...that they would provide bed inclusive. I did. Had to go down to desk to show them on computer. Was really not a great way to be introduced! Also, noted was that there was only 1 trash can....which was located near the toilet......and only two hooks and "no where else" to accommodate clothes/towels when in shower. Just little things that only reflect a small amount of thought for client convenience. Physically nice accommodation but lacking in customer warmth, convenience and service. Would not recommend.

All the amenities you could want. Restaurant for happy hour or dinner is great. The staff is friendly all around - everyone makes you feel wanted. And the location is great. You are right in the center of town. Definitely will try to stay there again.

Location couldn’t be better. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Food options were great and staff in the restaurants/front desk were great. The complimentary EV charging was a fantastic perk! The car was charged and ready for us each morning without us having to take time or find a charging station daily!

If you do not valet, self-parking is right across the street, which is nice, however you have to pay separate for parking each time you go in and out of the parking garage. It is an added expense.
