Hotel San Luis Obispo

We did experience a couple of issues: We had a room immediately below the roof bar. It was noisy, particularly after the evening events finished and staff cleared up the area. The front desk staff were receptive to feedback and made some adjustments. I suggest guests consider requesting a lower level room or one away from the bar area. The room was tastefully decorated but, in my opinion, sacrificed function for aesthetics. Specifically, there was only one small drawer and one shelf for clothes although the room could accommodate more storage. This seems to be a theme with newer hotels. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a cute and centrally located place, with a lot of quirky, laid back charm.

I love Hotel SLO and have stayed there several times. It’s a beautiful property, in the middle of downtown, with ridiculously comfortable beds and an excellent staff. Unfortunately, the last couple times I’ve stayed there have been some maintenance issues in the rooms that have not been addressed. The door to our bathroom was very difficult to slide and all in all everything in the bathroom was loose, tired, and needed attention. It feels like Hotel SLO is riding on its laurels and not working hard to maintain its excellence as a Michelin recognized property.

This hotel is very well located. Overall I'm not sure it merits the costs. It felt more like a Marriott Suites.

Great place!

Fantastic location. Walking to many great restaurants in downtown slo. The staffs are super friendly and chill. We received $35 beverage credit as an Expedia VIP guest. We love the spacious room and pool. The room cleaning person could be more detail oriented. E.g notice the tub needs cleaning.

The Hotel SLO is convenient to walking anywhere downtown. I love that it is updated, clean and has a spa along with eatery on the premise. N/A

Everything is clean and beautiful. They cook especially tasty. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. There are balconies and a beautiful view. One minus - it's very expensive! Price(

Location and room layout with high ceilings and ample light. Just put together with comfort and relaxation in mind without pretentious and airs. The sparkling water dispenser was a nice touch. Nothing comes to mind. They focus on the details. Maybe the awesome wine bar Dow stairs closes to early at 8pm.

Newer, modern and beautiful hotel. Rooms are spacious, super clean and nicely decorated. Loved the location, walking distance to so many restaurants and stores. Will definitely be back when in SLO.

Room facilities = bed , bathroom excellent. Large corridor. Quiet. Nothing. Such a Pleasant surprise.

This isn’t the first time we’ve stayed at Hotel SLO, Everytime we’ve stayed here has been wonderful. The staff is kind and the amenities are on point.
