Fantastic stay in downtown slo. Incredibly friendly staff, beautiful amenities and rooftop pool.
-
Everything was great from valet, front desk and turn down service!
-
Stylish, modern clean facilities and spaces. The location is perfect and we loved the rooftop pool. The staff was very welcoming and helpful! I wish the bedding had 4 star quality. It was standard hotel bedding with a poor quality, thin comforter between two flat sheets.
-
Great place but the noise level from the street was not great. How about investing in some triple pane windows?
-
Beautiful hotel, great location and helpful and friendly staff
-
Not up to Autograph standard at all. Very disappointed. Bathroom shower was disgusting with black mold lining the shower drain along an entire wall. Valet locked key in our car and we had to deal with it because the hotel couldn’t figure out how to. Felt like hotel was being run by students without the requisite service experience for a hotel of this caliber.

Clean rooms | Friendly & helpful Staff | Rooftop pool was a nice touch!

The whole hotel was very nice and clean. All staff we talked too were very nice and helpful. Especially the valet staff; We had to keep going in and out of the parking and they were very nice and helpful. Nothing was wrong at all!
-
Beautiful property. Great location. Very clean and modern. My only complaint is the price for valet a night ($45) and the incidental cost a night ($125), seems a bit steep for a hotel in SLO. Nonetheless, there is a public parking building kitty corner from the property for $16 a night.

The hotel is beautiful and well centered in downtown. It was great to have pour-over coffee in the morning. They had a nice gym. The beds are on the 'hard' side, so beware. The bathrooms are a bit odd if sharing a room since they have frosted glass doors.
-
We have stayed at Hotel Cerro many times, and we are always impressed with the staff, the facilities, and the comfort of the beds. It is a beautiful hotel, right in the heart of the fun of downtown SLO. Nothing.
-
Rooms were spacious The valet parking wad around the corner from the hotel
-
Staff is horrible and I was charged by Expedia and also the hotel and they’re refusing to refund me
-
This is a very attractive property. Te room was super cool. The rooftop pool area is very comfortable with good views. Extremely friendly staff. There is no better location in SLO. No, I am not related to the owner or staff.
-
Fantastic location, beautiful facility.
-
Bar was stocked and room was uniquely charming.
-
Great vibe in the hotel. zen gardens, pool very nice
-
Excellent! So accommodating and eager to offer top notch service. Early check in, great referrals into town and spotless!
-
Make sure to get a garden facing room, better view and air conditioning units of neighboring bldgs are noisy. Room layout/design was great, 2 great espresso places across the street and a stones throw from the Thursday Farmer's Mkt. Their gym has "like new" equipment and able to get an adequate workout. I like a firmer mattress, but that's me.

Great location. I loved having bikes. The staff is very friendly. The spa is very pricey and so is the valet parking. So I got a massage outside of the hotel and also parked in a local garage instead of the hotel.
