If You need quick stay fine, but I can't recomended it. No breakfast although there is restoran close bay Cow girl, that has a good breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews! It's definitely a more "lived in" property with some dust in places, but the beds & sheets were clean and very comfortable--lots of pillows--the shower had really hot water and great water pressure, and the towels were pristine white and fluffy--everything I needed!! For check-in and when I forgot my room card in my room--the front desk guy was fantastic and super friendly. Considering how much actual time I spent in my room it was great and I would stay here again. :) (Also, if you have a student at CalPoly, the location is awesome!)

Affordable motel near CalPoly, downtown SLO and 101 run by nice people. Finishes are dated and a little worn, but the place is clean and the price is right. Fridge and microwave in the room were helpful, and the AC works great!

I arrived first thing I did check the room. The room smell like dirty and old, bathtub roach, under the sink, both beds had hairs on the sheets and pillow cases like they never changed them.

Ok first off. The room was awesome and good. The shower was good 👍. Carpet was clean, the refrigerator was near the door,but the only i got charged was a pet fee, after I told the front desk that I had a service animal and I got charged $57.38 , and on the the app it said that service animals were exempt from fee's, and I still had to pay..I like the place.but maybe change the service animal on the app saying service animals will be charged, but I will stay there again for another 2 days and give it another try, RESPECT 🙏.

Cockroaches in room on final night. Rooms are in need of major upgrades. Feels like a degrading building that is barely hanging on. Water was out for two hours when I checked in. The woman at the counter was very friendly though.

This place was not above a Motel 6. The Bed was decently comfortable. Horribly painted, Bathtub look as if surface areas were breaking down, so we didnt shower. Mind you, this was the room told was just remodeled lol. Certainly would not stay again preferably.
