Although the room was fairly clean, it was extremely outdated. The furniture was very worn. Popcorn on the ceilings. The electrical outlets were so bad, plugs wouldn't stay in and they would spark when you tried to put a plug in. The toilet wasn't bolted to the floor. Unfortunately the floors are extremely thin and could hear the people upstairs walking around at 6am.

Nothing Room is old and dirty, area is full of homeless, we paid $350 for the room + $25 for the dog. The bathtub was broken, the lock between rooms was broken, a chair was there to avoir neighbors to come in, TV didn't work, no soundproofing, 101 is close by and you can hear the vehicles, next room decided to have a very early gathering and sure we couldn't sleep. Avoid.
