This hotel was decent . Room was clean but outdated could use newer furniture. Beds were comfortable and pillows. Felt safe around the area. They had some fast food restaurants in walking distance and downtown San Luis Obispo was near by too. Had a pool but did not use because it was not that hot. Recommend for a quick stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was easy to get to and find. Parking was a little tight, not a lot of spaces near the rooms, but it worked.

At Checjin I was presented with an extra charge after paying in full on line. The hotel receptionist seemed very uncomfortable with the charge and how to explain it. I reluctantly agreed to pay it as it was later in the evening and the options for another room in the area was limited due to a car show. Totally unacceptable and I contacted Booing for a refund.

The staff were very friendly. Check in was easy. Room was clean. Minimalist/budget hotel but very nice. Would stay again.

The room was surprisingly nice for the price and very comfortable. It was very clean and clean smelling as well. It's nice that it had a good sized refrigerator and the beds very comfortable. The location is very handy to the highway and some shops. I just wished it had a coffee maker. I would definitely stay again if needed.

Some parts appeared clean. Dirty and dilapidated. Not enough parking. Overpriced for the quality of the hotel and the room.
