San Luis Inn And Suites

I didn’t do much it was just not a good property. They had no parking with the property was full. There was no parking had to park on the street. I was expecting more for the price.

Great little spot for the price. I have no complaints. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The floors in the room were a little dirty for other than that I felt everything was clean. Beds were comfortable for my liking. Overall great little spot for a quick visit.

Rooms were pretty clean out the actual property so not very nice. Pictures of property were deceiving. Also plugs were in very inconvenient places like behind the bed and hard to get too. Recess lighting in ceiling did not work and neither did the lamps. Only bathroom lights worked. Beds were ok comfort wise. Also we booked a king size bed and instead we got 2 full beds. They said that was all that they had and blamed the booking site for the room issue. Not sure who's fault that actually was. And lastly if you have dogs it is pet friendly but they don't have any nice areas for the pets to potty. It was ok for the price but will not be staying there again.

I washed my feet before bed. After walking around the room next morning, both feet were dark brown. Makes me wonder how well everything else was cleaned. No coffee, or amenities.

The property is very dated. The king sized bed needs to be replaced. It dips and has no comfort. There wasn’t a sink stopper. The door trim was scratched down to the raw wood by dog claws. Only overhead light in main room. Soiled upholstery on chair cushions. Water leaking from shower nozzle. No amenities provided. This guest will not stay there again. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful for directions. Towels were nice.

Easy check in ,clean room, friendly staff

This hotel was decent . Room was clean but outdated could use newer furniture. Beds were comfortable and pillows. Felt safe around the area. They had some fast food restaurants in walking distance and downtown San Luis Obispo was near by too. Had a pool but did not use because it was not that hot. Recommend for a quick stay.

Comfortable room, everything is very clean and in working condition. Exterior had seen better days, but interiors are in a verybgood condition.

At first, it said they serve breakfast but when we checked after we got there, it said they serve nothing. The pictures did not match the literal room. It was decent in terms of minimal but the pictures portrayed a spacious room and it was not.

On the positive side, the wood floors looked new and also nice wood shutters.

Very clean. Nice people. Right next to freeway so very loud. Old property, no updates and very basic.

With decent walking distance to the train station and downtown. Helpful staff. Need to have coffee maker and hot water maker in the room.

Bed was decently comfortable. Tv didn’t work and the door to get in didn’t work all the time.
