Unfortunately the breakfast area was closed which was disappointing If you are handicap you have to pay more for the room on first floor or near elevator.

The hotel across the street. Bald man was nice until he wasn’t. The dirty stained used sheets, the left over cups from the person before us, the stinky old stained carpet .oh and getting locked out of our room because the key stopped swiping.

    The rooms were clean.

The cooler was broken, the shower curtain was ripped, the comforter on the bed had a whole that looked like a burn mark, they did not have much for breakfast and what they said they would have they did not until asked, the room does not come with a microwave and you have to ask for it. The view was nice, the pool is a good size and it has a spa too, they have soda vending machine, the soaps and restroom accommodations are good, the staff was polite and professional.

Nothing AC was broken. No rooms to move us to. No manager on site. Several outlets didn't work and out of the wall. Stains on the walls and bedding. No fitted sheet on the bed. They used a flat sheet. Spent over $200. Should've stayed at a Motel 6.

The room was disgusting. My kids didn't even want to use the restroom. We paid more than $250 for a night... the room was dark, so when I went up to check the room, I didn't really see the issues right away. Don't waste your money here, or just say NO to room 311.

I liked how it was close to the beach. The staff was rude

We couldn't turn the A/C lower than 70F. So it was stuffy, and we had to open a window. Which could have been fine except there was a huge gash in the screen about a foot long to let bugs in. So we got to sleep with the window open, listening to car noises all night and trash truck noises in the morning. The bed was comfortable enough, with tiny pillows, and the bathroom large enough but it had problems as well. The iron bathtub had rust spots in it, and the shower curtain rod was dipped at an angle that the curtain kept sliding down and uncovering either end. (Letting the bathroom get wet.) There was no Kleenex, other than TP, and the mini coffee maker in the room had 4 DECAF pods. The breakfast room was closed, but they had good coffee in the lobby with some muffins. So that was fine. We were upgraded from a Queen to a King, and was nice, except the room was bad. Parking was good. Location nice, a GOOD pizza joint within crawling distance. (Benny's). The room had a safe and a large mini-fridge. Only a 2* hotel so expect that, and nothing more.

Room 1312 was damn disaster. Walking in was a furnace everything was closed. Tried turning on the spliced in AC... The AC despite have knob controls was turned off. We manually had the guest services guy come up turn the non existent knobs, then went to the wall control that did nothing but made the AC click .. and nothing happened. Well no AC I opened the window and the door to let the air through opened the window... But there was a huge cut in the screen!!! So now bugs are flying in and I'm trying to get them out.... Guest services guy.. came in tried his best... But told me I can complain with the manager to get it discounted because the amenities weren't all they were cracked up to be the fridge also didn't work... As I put a bunch of my drinks in there and none were cold from the previous day..never opened the fridge to ensure they would be cold. Who do I complain about this? I was charged about 230 for this night are I would have been better off at another also I was told they didn't have any other rooms available...but I really didn't see the parking lot that full..
