Booked it for the hot tub and it was not working but the property was very clean and the room was very clean

Hot tub and pool area not open during stay

Stay away from this hotel. The rooms were not clean and they smell. The TV was out, sheets were dirty and the hot tub was out of service. Nevertheless, the worst quality was customer service. The Asian boy and the bold guy at the front desk were so grumpy and rude.

Old old old. Changed our room without notifying us. Fridge was not plugged in and moldy. Carpet was gross. Furniture was gross . Shower was weak. No ice buckets. Elevator was slow, only way to access room. Locked out at night for main entrance with a note for roundabout access instructions.

Staff was rude, you really have to read the fine print about the deposit. Was looking for a place last minute to I didn’t get time to read everything And the front desk guy was unnecessarily sassy about my confusion. Unknown stains on the floor, bed, and walls. Just felt gross being in the room overall.

The most terrible hotel in the entire county. Rude and completely unhelpful receptionists. They never pick up the phone. Not working phone numbers. Completely useless wifi.

Staff was awesome and helpful. The jacuzzi didn’t work though ;(

The hotel is centrally located and close to eateries, brewing company and other places to check out. We were on a motorcycle trip and after a long day of riding, we were looking forward to relaxing and hanging out in the spa, only to find out it didn't work. This was the whole reason we picked this hotel, because it had a spa and pool. We asked for pool towels, this would have been the time to tell us the spa was not working. We didn't find out until we got to the spa.

Air conditioner was broken sink was cracked there was cockroach crawling on the wall and a patch in the wall behind the door. Very dated an not very clean.

The evening shift staff is harsh towards foreigner. The only bad experience in my worldwide travel during the past 30 years.

The location is great especially for easily walking into downtown San Luis Obispo. Checking in I had to wait 35 minutes before anyone was at the desk and there was no one at the front desk when I checked out even though I waited about 15 minutes. Low staffing levels aren't ideal for a stay

Excellent place very clean

Bedding cover was most definitely not replaced with clean ones before our stay. We never leave them on the bed but still was noticeable. The room was pretty warm the entire night even with the wall unit "AC" ON "HIGHT COOL" as labeled. The hot tub was out of service, the gate to the pool area lock wasn't working right. We had to reach over to open the door. Big breakfast room but no real breakfast, just some pre packaged Danishes and muffins. Only water and coffee. Parking was easy and well lit.

Desk services attendant was professional and polite.
