New and upgraded Room. A clean and quiet room in modern design. Just a quirky location. Old style traveler hotel.

Disappointing
-
Everything else was horrible. No Air conditioning Rooms were dirty but not because of the staff it just needs a huge renovation.

Room wasn't ready and when it was there were ants everywhere. Gave us a new room went up to it walk in and someone came and said can you wait outside So I can fix something so we had to wait holding all our luggage.

The grounds were nice and the location was great. However, the TV and blow dryer didn’t work, The lazy front desk person was no help. Coffee/creamer packets were outdated and spoiled. The room was “clean” but the carpet was not. Bedding smelled like vomit.
-
The AC was not functioning and they new it was not because they had a box fan available in the room

Reliable and convenient

The staff was really nice! The location was walkable to almost everything! The air conditioning didn't work. There was also this very nasty chair in the room... Just take it out. No one will miss it. You could see the grime where people's heads, hands, and butt cracks had been.

I'll be disputing this with my credit card company.
