The room was clean and cute. The staff were super helpful and kind. The gym was SO tiny! I realize many people will go outside to exercise, however, I was looking for a weight rack and there was not one. They had 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, and one peloton bike plus a yoga mat. That was it! Take a room and convert and get some weights. Other than the exercise room, everything else was nice.

For more than three-hundred per night, one should not be able to hear every single foot-step from the room above and a very loud back door repeatedly slamming throughout the day and night. Front desk clerk was less than friendly on check-in, and then later that night wanted an extra fifty dollars per night for a cot (daughter unexpectedly had to sleep with us on first night) then grouchy clerk offered to give us one for twenty-five dollars. Really? Stylish property with overall bad attitude and not at all hospitable. I would not recommend or stay there again.

I feel the price is a bit high for what it is. I like the university themed decor, but the core is still just a typical 3 star hotel. Lobby staff did not mention the $15 parking fee (I read about it on google). At checkout the next day, I asked again and the staff still didn't mention any additional charge. It ended up being deducted from the incidental charge.

they put me next to a family with several children who screamed from 5am to 7am so I had to leave early

Great stay. Guy, the gent at the front desk, was the best. Super helpful with overnight storage when we showed up with a truckload (literally) of camp gear. Highly reco.

Only negative feedback is the floors are extremely noisy. I could tell our upstairs neighbor was walking softly but the floors creak really loudly. Also the AC unit in our room was loose in the wall so there was an obnoxiously loud buzzing noise coming from it. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay at an affordable price.
