Rooms were recently remodeled, they are great!! Nice and fresh and clean. I definitely recommend and would stay here again. Easy for my small dog and I. Close to downtown. Plenty of parking

Convenient location, cute room, nice staff. Only downside was the bed was not super comfortable and the parking can get sparse in the evening.

Stayed for two nights in June 2026. The room was spotless and everything was functional as it should be. The TV had a great high dev picture, parking was good, the staff friendly. No rugs, just flooring which I prefer since I can tell they were clean. I'm planning on staying here again next time I am in town.

This was a typical motel. Not fancy, reasonably clean, comfortable, quiet. Easy parking. Nice staff.

Clean room, no frills, great location and walking distance to downtown. We paid more than usual, since it was graduation weekend at Cal Poly, but that is to be expected in SLO. Old school motel feel with parking right outside your door. The room was updated and as expected, no surprises at all. I recommend this hotel if you don't need amenities but want a clean, reliable place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and overall, we had a pleasant experience.

You get what you pay for, I guess. Convenient location to downtown and CalPoly. Staff was fine; no issues there. Room lacked a sheer curtain and had only a blackout drape so if you want privacy, it’s pretty dark. Beds were beyond firm- hard and pillows were flat. No hair dryer in room. Housekeeping cart was always in hallways yet an empty beer box sat near the stairwell for a few days.

We were a bit disappointed that the room lacked some common amenities: a regular coffee maker and a hair dryer, for example. The approach/access to the rooms was a bit unusual too. Overall an ok stay for the price.

I appreciated how the front desk put my room key in a lockbox since my flight arrived after the front desk closed! Room was clean and location was perfect for me to go to and from CalPoly to help my son with his dorm move-out. I would definitely stay here again.

Great clean hotel perfect for an overnight stay or longer. Nothing fancy just clean rooms with a fridge.
