This hotel is very conveniently located next to the school and a few minute drive to downtown SLO. The only drawback is that there is one elevator that is used by both guests and services so it takes an extremely long time to wait for an elevator at peak departure times like Sunday mornings. Towels are on the thin side.

There were small issues that we did not bring up to management: 1 - the door strip around the shower was broken in two places, which led to a ton of water on the floor when you showered, 2 - the room that we were in, faced the street and hotel entrance and it was much noisier than we expected. We heard delivery and sanitation trucks come in to the entrance in the early morning hours which was a sleep disrupter.

Our family stay was fantastic. It was nice and quiet. The breakfast was awesome and the ladies helping in the breakfast area were so nice and friendly. They offered help with anything you needed. They definitely made the delicious breakfast experience more enjoyable. After checkout my husband realized he forgot his sweater in the room. We called the hotel and they had it waiting for us at the front desk when we went back for it. This hotel definitely went above and beyond for its guests. So happy we found this hotel and we will definitely be staying here again. This is now our go to place for this area!

Upon arrival the staff checked us in and it was very quick. Since my has disabilities we didn't receive a roll in shower. But did get two beds and bigger toilet area. The room was clean and I brought breakfast to the room for my wife. She thank me. The property is very nice and there are few restaurants near by to go too. This the second year we have stayed here and we are pleased with the location and how easy to get back onto the freeway. We will continue to stop here maybe we will get that roll in shower next time.

The hotel was clean the staff was great. My only complaint is that I could hear everything in the hallway and the apparent elephants that were in the room above me.

Rooms and property are consistently clean. Good location. Easy to get to and from campus and close to downtown area.

Clean hotel is a must for me. This is not the best hotel. Paid parking. Rooms and toilets were not very clean i would not stay here again

Beautiful property, the king family suite was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Michelle. I will definitely stay there again. My only complaint was there was no bottles of water in the room. Usually there are two bottles in the fridge that are complimentary.

Room was awesome, we had the king suite in a corner with an amazing mountain view - rare for a downtown SLO stay. The breakfast, conveniently on the 2nd floor where we were staying, was awesome. We are frequent SLO staycationers and have tried most hotels downtown - this is our new favorite. Thank you so much!
