Sands Inn & Suites

Large room, booked a suite above the pool. Nice balcony. Curtains were ripped, dirty and hanging on the floor. Our window screen was bent and falling out. Bathroom very small!!!

The room we had alot of space to put our luggage up, so we were not tripping over it. The rain shower was nice and hot water was plentiful. The bed was comfortable which was a plus for a good nights sleep. The amenities was adequate with a mini refrigerator, microwave oven and blow dryer. The only negative about room The floor seemed dirty and all the furniture could have used a good wiping off. The tub should have had a plastic mat in the bottom, for it was very slippery once you started soaping off. The breakfast was stocked adequateiy with eggs, sausages, waffles and a variety of others things, Also, the coffee was hot which is always a great way to start your day.

It wasn’t very clean.

I stayed in this hotel just for one night on my way to san francisco. We did arrived late at night because we were driving from sequoia national park. When we arrived even though the lady in the front desk try to help us and accommodate us as my request in the first floor, there weren’t room available because of the time. My room was in a second floor which i did request to please accommodate us in a good room where the ac works and everything was ok. She supposedly gave us an upgrade room which I didn’t know until next day i checked out. That supposed upgraded room was a disaster, all cables outside, no tv, a door with constructions material inside, the door of the room was a disaster since it was near another room with another door without proper access to it. The bathroom was kind of ok but the shower didn’t reached to the bottom proper letting all water go out. Also, there were guest outside screaming and returning back drunk on the mid of the night. A disaster. I would consider this hotel to stay longer. Try to avoid it.

The room was very clean. The amenities was good. I have a bad hip and my rm was upstairs so an elevator would have been helpful. Totally recommend.

Passable

Rooms were spacious. Mattress is uncomfortable Room is overall poor looking. Nothing was provided to use the kitchen in the suite, making it useless. Lamp next to beds was broken. Breakfast in the morning was delayed almost 2 hours. Location is fine but there are options closer to the downtown area.

We had fun during our stay!

As soon as we arrived our TV was not working. Called receptionist and it took about an hour and 2 more calls for someone to go see what was wrong. My husband, kids, and I all woke up with bites on our bodies. Floor was dirty. Bathroom was not clean. You can see mold buildup This was our last time stay here. There were other guest that were in parking lot drinking and smoking til late hours. Wearing almost no clothes.

Location, breakfast and friendly staff We had plumbing issue but solved by moving rooms, TV not working and Saturday night there were guests using the pool but drinking and using drugs - very load!

The price was reasonable Receptionist was not very friendly and bfast was not good , the egs were aweful and no bacon or counrty potatoes

lots of garbage out back of bath window# 149. t v didn't work on day one so they moved us and we got a little better room on night 2. pool is supposed to be heated but with temps at 95, it was still too cold to use. breakfast was good. sausage and eggs undercooked but still at least they were there. better than average for included breakfasts. cold pool
