The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was highly disappointing. The bathroom had a broken shower curtain bar being held up with tissue paper. Which ended up falling onto my child when using the shower. There was no shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, or shower gel in the room. The towel bar was broken off the wall in the bathroom. The charging station on the tv stand would fall out if touched. We told management about all of these issues. Unfortunately after experiencing all of these issues we will never choose this hotel again.

I really liked how new the furnishings were and how clean and fresh the room was, it exceeded my expectations for being an outdoor access to your room type of hotel. The staff were quite pleasant at check-in and check-out, too.

Nothing The room was awful, the ac was broken and made a loud noise all night....there was no parking for my car.

The people were friendly. The room was clean. The food was made. The only negative would be the TV was not working. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

I like this hotel. This is the second time I’ve stayed here. I love the showers here. The rooms are nice and the staff are friendly. The breakfast was good.

Great location, easy to find, and reasonably priced. The room was clean and ready on time. Breakfast was easily accessible and had great hours. Staff were very friendly! It would be nice to have extended pool hours, as the pool closes at 10pm; an extra hour would be great.

They have a functioning hdmi port on the TVs, very convenient.

Rooms are spacious and clean, some minor maintenance such as venting fan in the bathroom or TV remote, etc, are not done well. The included breakfast is not great but can’t beat the price

When we arrived, check-in was easy, but immediately we realized the pictures and the actual place were very different. Upon entering our room, the bathroom had a poor smell and was missing all necessary amenities (hand and body soap, shampoo, conditioner). In the room, the bed was stained and seemed dirty. In addition, the living room’s TV was broken. The staff was very quick to give us the necessary amenities and changed the bed sheets for us. But unfortunately, this should’ve been things done during cleaning and left us feeling uncomfortable to be staying somewhere where these things are missed. We would not stay here again.

Property was well maintained. Staff was helpful, allowing us to drop off our luggage before check-in. Received texts asking if anything else was needed. Breakfast was excellent and had something for everyone. Location was convenient, and parking was easy. The bathroom was small, but the shower was cute and the extra mirror and counter space outside of the bathroom helped. Would stay again.

We will be back it was nice and clean and breakfast was delicious

Even tho I did get an upgrade the room was dirty and had bugs everywhere like tiny beetles. Breakfast was okay but the staff didn’t stock up fast enough when food was running low parking was good and front desk gentleman was really nice

Very convenient for our visit to SLO. Comfortable bed, clean room. Good breakfast with usual items. Nice pool for a swim.

The rooms were not very clean and had an unpleasant smell especially in the bathroom.

Couldn't reschedule or get a refund for a reservation that was booked very far in advance. They kept giving the reasoning that I had to figure it out with booking.com but that didn't make sense and they could have helped me more but chose not to. Won't ever try to book here again. Lack of effort from management

The property was nicely refurbished. Guest room and lobby were clean and staff was friendly. The fitness room wasn't great; it liked like most of the equipment came from a garage sale and it was too crowded. (Also an American flag hung in it? Weird.) Breakfast was adequate. Pool looked nice but I didn't use it.
