I like this hotel. This is the second time I’ve stayed here. I love the showers here. The rooms are nice and the staff are friendly. The breakfast was good.

They have a functioning hdmi port on the TVs, very convenient.

Rooms are spacious and clean, some minor maintenance such as venting fan in the bathroom or TV remote, etc, are not done well. The included breakfast is not great but can’t beat the price

When we arrived, check-in was easy, but immediately we realized the pictures and the actual place were very different. Upon entering our room, the bathroom had a poor smell and was missing all necessary amenities (hand and body soap, shampoo, conditioner). In the room, the bed was stained and seemed dirty. In addition, the living room’s TV was broken. The staff was very quick to give us the necessary amenities and changed the bed sheets for us. But unfortunately, this should’ve been things done during cleaning and left us feeling uncomfortable to be staying somewhere where these things are missed. We would not stay here again.

We will be back it was nice and clean and breakfast was delicious

Even tho I did get an upgrade the room was dirty and had bugs everywhere like tiny beetles. Breakfast was okay but the staff didn’t stock up fast enough when food was running low parking was good and front desk gentleman was really nice

Very convenient for our visit to SLO. Comfortable bed, clean room. Good breakfast with usual items. Nice pool for a swim.

The rooms were not very clean and had an unpleasant smell especially in the bathroom.

The property was nicely refurbished. Guest room and lobby were clean and staff was friendly. The fitness room wasn't great; it liked like most of the equipment came from a garage sale and it was too crowded. (Also an American flag hung in it? Weird.) Breakfast was adequate. Pool looked nice but I didn't use it.

The room was really nice. The shower was luxurious. The staff were super nice. The only problem was the bathroom had little black ants in and around the tub. I told the staff and they were surprised and reported it. Great breakfast selection.

The first rule I got was not acceptable to me. Yes I did pay the lower hotel.com rate but it smelled like gas and was dark. I don’t like dark room so I have to be upgraded to a king suite. It only added $160 more to my bill and it was well worth it. However, it was a dog room. And dog rooms tend not to get cleaned as well as brooms where dogs are not allowed. So I did see signs of previous dogs on the floor this yesterday afternoon when I checked in. At first, I thought they were coffee stains and then I realized they weren’t. Here long enough to use the swimming pool or the spa. What breakfast was OK I had sausage and eggs for breakfast cause I’m low-carb. But they also offered waffles rolls, and the usual breakfast bar at a motel. I would recommend this for the low budget traveler. But I prefer something a little bit more upscale.

Breakfast could have been better. Eggs didn’t taste like real eggs.

Me gustó la estancia gracias

Guests who are on second floor are noisy with walking, dropping things, etc and insulation between ceiling and floor is super thin. People loud up until after 11;00 pm Had to ask the front desk to call guests above us to quiet down. Will not get a ground floor room again there.

The room was also not adequately stocked with bath towels for all of the registered guests. Although the suite contained two televisions, only one remote control was provided, and it was not functioning properly, making it difficult to use either television. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet the expectations set by your property, and I was disappointed with the accommodations provided.

Cute property. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Affordable. Very pleased with the stay!

Upon arrival, we noticed that one of the bed sheets were not changed due to residual hair that were left from the prior customers. The shampoo and soap were not available in the bathroom. There was a fowl smell from the bathroom sink when water was turned on. When we open the closet door, there was a dark median sized spider that came out, the next day, I noticed 2 large bites on my neck, which may be due to spider or other bug bites. Overall, the property was in poor condition and the room was not clean. We do not recommend this hotel.
