Person at the front desk was curt/rude when I requested a room on the first floor.

I like the property is centrally located near the heart of downtown SLO and is good walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and other attractions. They kept their rooms very clean and dust free. My main concern was the door handles didn’t work properly all the time. The key card would activate the lock, but the door handles would not engage to open the door. It would take a few tries before it would open. Also the coil spring mattress felt to hard so me and my wife didn’t get that good of sleep.

The property was very run down, much more so than it appeared in the listing. The staff was not very welcoming when we arrived. The room was generally clean, but only had two towels for 4 people. We had hoped to spend some time at the pool but it was not very nice. I would spend a little more money and stay somewhere else next time we visit.

Windows in bathrooms are exposing and there’s no sheer curtain in the front window so lighting is not ideal. AC either blasted too cold or wouldn’t stay a comfortable temp. Fine for one night but I wouldn’t stay longer

They were going to charge me $10 for checking in early, but did not when I said I would check in latter. I asked for the first floor. We are over 80. They put us on the second with no elevator.

The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, located in a quiet neighborhood outside the Morro Bay tourist district, and the breakfast is excellent.

Basic motel room, almost a throwback to 60’s. It was clean, soap inside dispensers was questionable. Pillows were super small. The continental take away brekkie was what it was. In and out in 16 hours. Enough said.

Best hotel deal on SLO. They do have some breakfast but depends on when the owners get up. Will stay again.

The "breakfast" does the job if you're okay with thawed out Jimmy Bean sausage sandwiches, pastries, almost ripe bananas, and coffee. It should be changed to "continental breakfast" on their listing.
