I arrived around 11:30 PM and left at 4:00 AM the next day so I don't have much to say.

Check in was easy, and the staff was very engaging and helpful. The property was clean and very well maintained. The room was spotlessly clean the linens new and fresh and being right in the heart of San Luis Obispo everything was just a few blocks away. Definitely will return for another costal adventure soon.

My son stayed here while visiting Cal Ploy. He felt very safe, comfortable and had a great experience with the staff. Locked himself out at least once and the owner was very kind and accommodating. Would recommend for visiting students!

The man at the front desk was very nice. I had a comfortable nights sleep in a nice quiet room. It was great.

The place is clean and fine overall. Some parts of the room need to be repaired or replaced. The furniture is old and dated while the bathroom door won’t latch because the door frame needs to be fixed. No hand soap and the toilet paper was left from the guest before. The staff was friendly but the place overall needs a major upgrade, especially for the price range.

The property is close to everything, my work and all stores. It was very quiet and the owner was extremely nice and accommodating. There was nothing I did not like anout this place, would stay here again and again.

We needed to stay in downtown SLO on short notice and Los Padres Inn worked out perfectly. The staff was very friendly and professional and the room was comfy. Free parking was also nice and lots of local restaurants and pubs within walking distance.
