I liked the location, price and breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.

Upon arrival, we were assisted by a very disrespectful person. I had never stayed at one of these hotels before, and it was truly disappointing how the customer service representative lacked the patience to help us and complete our check-in, which was already reserved. The hotel itself was very good, with a great location, and the breakfast was good too.

The room was clean and I really liked the breakfast area.

Everything was fine except the breakfast was a little lacking.. We were just in Europe and some of the breakfast at the hotels we stayed were absolutely amazing. So in comparison breakfast at the best western not so great but better than nothing.

Very clean great location best breakfast we’ve ever had at the best Western They had about 10 rooms that had smart TVs that did not work with the remote and we could not access just regular television without signing in and paying for apps… That was very disappointing
