Our booking of 2 rooms for 2 nights went so well. We will stay here when visiting SF.

Nice place. Very clean and updated. Friendly staff.

This was a good to spot to stay at when I travel to San Francisco but its starting to look and feel run down. People were in the back parking lot drinking with loud music and there was spilled beer in the second building elevator making it a smelly experience. The rooms were ok, but seemed run down. I would expect this from a motel 6 but not from a Holiday Inn. It was was still decent enough to stay in for the night but I won't be staying there again. The "parking" fee to park your car in hotel parking on top of the other fees make this a "I'll pass" on this hotel in the future. Not all Holiday Inn's are like this one, I'll book at another location in the future.

The next day, I asked to speak with a manager, but there was none available. I left my name and phone number, but never received a phone call. Regarding parking -- I've stayed at this hotel often in the past, and parking was free. They've started to charge $25/day, without advertising it. For a hotel in this price range, that's excessive. As I've said, I've stayed there previously. If housekeeping doesn't make this unusual oversight and Victor isn't at the desk, you may have more satisfactory experience.

Clean

Salty staff, seems to be working their 2nd or 3rd min wage job, rarely saw someone smiles, or willing to help. We stayed at building 3, it is aged and dirty. TVs from Y2K era, had just a few channels and no streaming, no chance to watch FIFA games. Water pressure too low on the shower and the sink. We were 4, breakfast only for two. Parking extra $25 per night.

Conveniently located to airport and close to freeway Dust was present on appliances.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and parking was easy. The shower water pressure need to be stronger

It was close to the San Mateo expo center and reasonably priced. I was performing at the fair and it is nice to stay nearby. My only complaint is that the sauna was not working. I was looking forward to that. The jacuzzi was working though!

Clean, spacious, most staff very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant always good, pleasant, helpful. Just a couple things: If you're planning to stay for a while and want to do laundry bring your own quarter and laundry detergent. There is no change maker and there were no quarters anywhere on the property. Bring your own 110 ports for device plug-in; the rooms only has 110 plugs. The bed is a little soft on the more frequently used side, but clean and cool room. Very convenient location and still quiet; easy rides to various locations. Walking distance 7 blocks residential area, to beach with views and walking/biking trail.

At check in we were assigned a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. We had to be moved to another that was clean.
