Good clean , parking

First of all, this staff was amazing. So helpful and courteous. But the place is aging, and it isn't very well maintained. There was rust on the grab bar in my bathroom, for instance. And it's not in the best area, not very walkable and the restaurant was closed while I was there so I had to DoorDash. The bed was comfortable and my room was nicely decorated, but I think I'll I would stay at the Best Western down the street next time if I go to San Mateo again.

People at the parking was so noisy last night. Breakfast was not ready in the morning. Aircon in our room was so freaking noisy. And there’s a parking fee.

Stayed here for one night and room was pleasant for the night.

The toilet in my room we can flush, and I had to constantly remove the lid and juggle the interior components. Very annoying!

The room is very clean and organized.

In our 1st room the a/c unit didn't work. The front office would not pick up the phone. We went down to complain and he changed the room after much discussion. Then the breakfast was not included as the website had said. Overall it seemed like they didn't like it that we booked from expedia.com

The air conditioner barley worked in the room. The TV was only visible from one bed, spacious room, comfortable beds and very clean.

Fire alarm was pulled, and had to evacuate the building after 10pm, probably not staff's fault, but you would think there be some explanation beside finding info from the firemens.
