I can’t believe I’m writing this, but I took a cab to the hotel without booking a reservation and asked for a room at the front desk. The guy said they were fully booked. I checked online and saw that there were multiple rooms available and booked through Expedia and went back in and asked him to check me in. He looked surprised and lied saying the hotel system wouldn’t allow him to give me a room but it seems as though third parties have some availability. I’m not sure if it was simply poor service or what, but it was completely baffling to be refused to be given a room when there was so much availability.

Easy check in and out. The shower curtain was a little on the small side, which was fine for us, but leads to puddles on the floor. Also, not necessarily something bad on their part, but I’m used to have a USB port for my electronics and they didn’t have any. One “issue” that I forgot to tell the staff is that when I turned on the TV with my 3 young children in the room, there was a porno playing, so be careful.

We like the location and the reasonable rate for our stay. Everything was excellent in services provided.

Staff was unresponsive

Parking is $25 a night. Not informed on this listing and why so much it's not such a secured location.
-
You have to pay $25 per day to park and that alone is stupis and I will never stay here again. The coffee machine in the room wouldn’t even turn on one of the lamps wouldn’t turn off without unplugging it and the fabric headboards where torn up from ware.

Our first room was on a floor that smelled strongly of smoke and vomit. The room also had a damaged headboard and a window that opened wide enough that I was genuinely worried my toddler could fall out from the third floor, which was a serious safety concern. We requested a room change, but then had to return to the front desk multiple times because our key did not work. Even more concerning, the new room was never properly assigned to us, and another group of guests was checked into the room and attempted to enter in the middle of the night while we were inside sleeping. We also booked expecting airport shuttle service because several online listings indicated it was available, but we were told upon arrival that no shuttle exists. Overall, the stay involved poor cleanliness, maintenance issues, repeated front desk errors, inaccurate amenity information, and a serious security lapse. I tried contacting both the hotel management and corporate holiday inn and neither seemed to care about these lapses. I would certainly avoid this location and probably avoid (if possible) any properties owned by IHG. They will take your $$ and provid little to no service.

Staff was great, wasn’t the cleanest. Tolerable…:/

Rude front desk staff "Victor", had a terrible experience.

It’s near a freeway but can’t hear the noise. The room is big enough for 5 people.
