Enjoyed our stay: Location was nice, parking was easy, staff were helpful, enjoyed the evening wine and cheese.

We loved the location and the breakfast was excellent! Parking was super easy and check in was easy too! Our room was a little bit small and dark, but all in all, we loved the property. The price for the night was very reasonable!

Room had plumbing issues and asked several times to get someone to clear the problem. Room reserved for us was very small for two adults and child. Could not fit a rollaway bed. Santa Barbara is a great place to spend time with loved ones. Will definitely go back.

The location was fantastic, and the hotel was spotless and well-maintained. The room was incredibly spacious, providing ample comfort. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. What truly impressed me was the unexpected amenities offered, such as complimentary coffee, popcorn, wine, and cheese. I had high expectations for a decent hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised that every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be choosing it again in the future.

Finally, the manager Delfina is only available by “email”. Yet, the manger is incapable of fixing a reoccurring problem.

The location was perfect! big parking lot, breakfast was good and everything was clean.

If you are put into Room 102, ask for different one and check the mattress there too! The mattress was the worst I have encountered in my life. Lumpy, uneven, saggy. I tried to lay crosswise at the end of the bed with my legs hanging over, but I got very little sleep.

We have stayed here at least 4 times it is our quick getaway and we have never been disappointed. The staff is professional and kind and the pool is super clean and the breakfast is so good and overall it’s extremely clean. We recommend highly

I have stayed at this hotel several times and don’t remember being placed where it was so noisy! First, my room was by the pool and we requested to be moved! Then we were placed overlooking the park (the busy intersection) of cars and trucks speeding by throughout the night! Next time I will contact the hotel directly and be more strategic about where my room placement will be!!

This hotel is excellent! The bed is comfy, the bedroom and the bathroom are clean and spacious. The lobby and the dining areas are clean too. The Breakfast is so great! And all the staffs are very helpful and nice. They exceeded our expectations. We will be back!

The rooms were clean and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was great and coffee was on 24/7!😁 The location was great and walking distance from the beach.

Amazing location

Breakfast pretty basic gets the job done. Layout of the room kinda interesting, built a bit like an apartment with a living room and bedroom.

Great location and friendly staff. We arrive much later than planned but the desk clerk was very welcoming and gave us all the details for our stay. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the free breakfast and happy hour wine and cheese. I don’t think the pool is heated though. I would stay there again and recommend.

The king suite I booked was changed to a queen bed and substantially smaller accommodations for three men over 6’4” tall. It was nearly midnight by the time their lodging was straightened out. They ended up needing to book an additional room at a different hotel. The $200 refund the hotel offered me was not sufficient given the inconvenience and hassle for my international friends.

Breakfast had a good selection of items and staff was extremely helpful.

Complained to hotel staff there and they just shrugged shoulder and said this comes from some other vendor which we don’t control. Really? What if we someone had not noticed, eaten and fallen sick?
