The hotel is conveniently located to the main attractions. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are not quite updated and could be noisy with the traffic around the hotel.

Everything was appropriate and well maintained. The location was ideal and easy to access beaches, food, etc..

Good location, room was small but clean, nice bathroom. My complaint is that for the price it was a small hotel with paper thin walls. I was awakened throughout the night by people talking in adjoining rooms and outside.

A beautiful clean and almost luxurious room one block from the main harbor beach and restaurants. Love the tiled and granite bathrooms and the upgrade to the suite! The staff even came in and rebooted the DIRECT TV so I could watch the FIFA soccer game! Rooms are more affordable than those across the street from the beach, and same access to the beachfront and pier!

Otherwise just a little overpriced as are a lot of US motels, for what you get. Just a decent, large, dim, slightly dated but clean and comfortable room in a fantastic location.

I have traveled around the world for the past 50 years. While this is not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, it was by far the worst value. For $500 a night I was shocked to find no pool, no gym, no breakfast and views from most of the tired rooms were of nearby chain-link fences. Additionally, the office was only open from 9 AM to 9 PM. When I arrived from a long delayed flight at midnight, I was directed to a lockbox where I had to figure out how to retrieve my room key without any assistance. There seemed to be available parking for only half of the crowded-in rooms. Despite the kindness of the staff (during the limited hours when they were available), I cannot in good conscience ever recommend this overpriced, aging motel to anyone. Especially since many much newer and nicer establishments (with many standard amenities missing here) that surrounding it charged less.

Location Poor value for money. Very expensive for a motel facility. Poor lighting in the room, with only one ceiling light. Stained carpet.

The room was updated and parking was outside the room. The hotel is across the street from the marina where there are great restaurants.

Lovely rooms in a wonderful location.

Nice walk to pier for dinner

Great location, comfortable room and beds, with a lovely relaxed feel. We also had an excellent meal at the Toma restaurant. Nothing really everything was good for our one night stay.

The hotel is ideally located a few short steps from the beach and within walking distance to the wharf and downtown. The room was beautifully decorated with the added comfort of large bath towels and free parking. Staff is super friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Its a very old inn, no pool or extra amenities. If your looking for good price, good location and clean this is your spot. It does have a frigde which was a plus. No real amenities. No pool, no complimentary coffee or anything that made it seem or feel special but for the price its fine.

Really large room with patio. Free parking on property Some noise from surrounding rooms but overall quiet. It was expensive but we did have a big room

Absolutely great location, within walking distance from Stearn's Wharf to the marina. The staff was very friendly. There are two great breakfast/ lunch options nearby. Both Jeanines and Chad's were excellent for breakfast. We weren't able to get into our room at normal check-in time.

Great shower and nice bathroom. Furniture is a bit tired

Location. Liked that you could walk to the beach and places nearby to eat at. Wet mark on carpet.
