The room smelled of dog and there was dog hair. The hotel allows owners with dogs to take over the hotel, even allowing them to sit on owners laps eating food off the table at breakfast, meaning other guests sit and eat at a table after a dog! Our room stank of dogs - was disgusting!

Great location , near beach , restaurants. Clean room, facilities , and appreciate the towels that did not smell like chemicals! Staff friendly. Nice continental breakfast with local baked goods. Appreciate the bikes to ride to beach and the use of jacuzzi next door. Definitely would stay here again.

The staff was very helpful. The pet friendly policy is wonderful. The rooms are clean and remodeled. The property is very neat and well kept. It is about a block from the beach. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to another visit in the future.

The location of the Marina Beach Motel is excellent. It is close to the beach, and within easy walking distance of Stearn’s Wharf, the Santa Barbara harbor, and The Funk Zone. The motel offered amenities, such as the use of bikes, which we did not take advantage of due to our limited stay. Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. The motel offered amenities nice breakfast buffet.

Staff was friendly. Location was in a good spot. Room was very clean and comfortable.. Everything was great. Breakfast was a more of a heated up yourself, but honestly, that was OK. It was good. I liked the breakfast sandwich.

Our 3 night stay with our dog was amazing. Clean, well-appointed room with a comfy king bed and a separate kitchenette area that was nice to have for snacks and drinks. But it has a cooktop, pans, dishes, and glassware. A short walk to the beach Ora stroll to the center of town. Keep in mind, this is a motor hotel and all the cars park right outside your front door.

Newly renovated and only a small block from the beach. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. They are pet friendly and we would prefer a place with no animals.
