Marina Beach Hotel

It was clean. Powerful shower. Location was excellent. A small selection of bakery breakfast items included, served in reception area. Good recommendations for dinner. It’s more a “Motel” than hotel. Celebrating our 40th wedding Anniversary…offered upgrade to jacuzzi bath room, but on arrival, it had been allocated to someone else..very disappointing, if you write and offer then follow through is required. Room 29 is next to office/breakfast area so could be noisy.

It was so nice and clean. The location was perfect! The room had the nicest vibe. Wish we could have stayed another night just for the room and the amenities on site! We liked everything!

This is the second time me and my parents are spending our vacation here. The staff is great. There is a young gentleman who was there during our check in this time and last time, a year ago. He is exceptional Apologies for not asking his name. Next time I will correct my mistake. Thank you so much!!

Although the room was clean, the small breakfast area, loud fire-pit gathering, and overall atmosphere were not what I expected. I decided not to stay and had to find another accommodation, but the office refused to provide a full refund despite my not spending a single night there. I was also uncomfortable signing an agreement stating that the property was not responsible for lost belongings. The listing should clearly explain the motel-style layout and room access so guests know what to expect before booking.

Glad to discover a nice place by the beach in SB for when we visit from SLO.

Can't beat the location. We parked (included) and didn't get in the car again for 3 days. Close to great food, the beach, kayaking, walks. The room was small but efficient and comfortable. We took advantage of the fire pit and the lounge chairs. There's free snacks...and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon. Highly recommend. And would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Marina Beach Motel. The location was excellent, very close to the beach and within walking distance of the waterfront and main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and pleasant, and the whole property had a charming and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything felt well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Great location, staff were so welcoming, friendly and informative of what your stay consisted of and what facilities you could use and how to use them, the modern fixtures and fittings and ultra cleanliness topped off the welcome. This is a fantastic place to stay for a short or few day stay in Santa Barbara. Nothing.

This was a true gem throwback to the “good old days”, only better. The simplicity and convenience of this property was second to none. The room was clean and quiet and the staff was extremely helpful. Parking right outside the door made unloading & loading the car so easy and nice. The location is great! We will be coming back to this property again! Loved our stay!
