Clean room. Great staff and service. Nice pool. Great parking.

Loved the pool and hot tub staying open until 10pm. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, beds very comfortable. Walking distance to several places we wanted to visit. We will be back.

Love this place. Have stayed at most others in the area and this one is my fav.

Each time we went to the front desk everyone was so kind and helpful! Everything looked fairly new, rooms were cozy, and bathroom mirror lighting was perfect. Beds and pillows could be a bit comfier but overall awesome!

Friendly and helpful staff. Nicely renovated. The lighting over the sink was lovely but it wasn't really bright enough to apply makeup, etc.

This place was a great stay! Great location- close to the beach and walkable to State St. The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The Spanish style architecture and landscape added to our wonderful stay. Although breakfast is not served, there are complementary cookies, fruit and coffee. A definite stay next time we are in Santa Barbara.

I had a wonderful stay at Mason Beach Inn. The suite was beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The property itself is charming, relaxing, and well maintained, and it really made for an enjoyable stay in Santa Barbara. I also want to give a very special shoutout to Martha. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and her hospitality genuinely made my stay even better. Employees like Martha are what turn a great hotel stay into a memorable one. Thank you, Martha! Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to say. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here again.

Charging $18 for parking per night seems unnecessary and greedy.
