Very easy to check in and the staff was very helpful. Rooms were very clean and neat.

Clean place to stay and walking to the beach a plus. Breakfast had alot of beverage choices and the food was limited but enough to get u started for the day.

The shampoo and soap dispensers were empty.

Stayed for 4 nights asked for room service after my first night and everyday after and they never cleaned it once. They left a note after my first night saying they need to know in advance because they prioritize cleaning the guests that left… But still I got no room service the entire time after

Room 103 was clean but the ac didn’t cool very well and the conditioner was empty.

We pay way too much for what we got for. It’s not a very nice hotel!

Half mile or 10 minutes from State street,funk zone, and stearns wharf.

Nice hotel but very small parking lot. The person who checked us in (who was also the hotel manager) erroneously informed us that we had a guaranteed parking spot. When we returned to the hotel after dinner, we couldn't find a parking spot as the lot was entirely full. We complained to the manager but he told us there was nothing he could do about it.

The rooms were nice, but the room wasn't as clean as I expected it to be. The room had a moldy/wet carpet smell. The ac smelled moldy as well. And right outside the property, there were a couple of homeless in rvs. Very shady & crazy looking people.

The hotel is not felling clean , the room was witty and smelled not good also not that clean

Netflix and streaming not working. Lots of people outside property.

Kudos to the team which reached out to us as my son forgot his toiletry bag Our room was adjacent to the elevators machinery, had the impression a huge ice crusher was being operated, on and off.

Stayed for 1 night and our room was clean. It really is set up more like a motel, as in you access rooms from outside/parking—that’s the style of accommodations that are all in the area. It was comfortable and room was nicer than I expected. Free breakfast was a nice add on. Typical hotel breakfast—waffles, instant oatmeal, yogurt, baked goods, & coffee. Easy access to downtown area and can walk to everything.
