Love the fact that our room had 3 beds. Staff was friendly and flexible. Breakfast had limited options. Good location

Nice hotel close to the beach and downtown (10’ walk). Spacious room, plus the breakfast with pastries, coffee and yogurt. Value for money for Santa Barbara context.

Nice location near the harbor, and reasonably priced. Will stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Glory. Very clean. Good continental breakfast. Two tiny things we would have appreciated - lotion, and plastic laundry sized bags for packing wet swim suits after the beach. Good price for beautiful Santa Barbara close to the beach. Great overall; glad we found it.

Nothing special, just a clean, reasonably priced hotel in a good location in Santa Barbara. I would recommend this property if you're traveling alone or without kids and don't plan on being in the room much.

Great area, nice room

Clean room with very large balcony. Great location for walking to Waterfront, State Street, Marina and Funk Zone. Best continental breakfast with pastries from a local bakery. Staff was wonderful.

Location was great! Staff were all nice and very helpful.

The location is perfect. We had an oceanfront room and enjoyed the patio and access to the beach. It was walking distance to everything, very clean and had a nice coffee place to grab a latte in the morning.

The property looked nice online. Their breakfast was nice and coffee, but nobody was in the pool. It was in the parking lot, which was kind of weird when we got there. There was a bomb sleeping on the sidewalk right by the front door, which was kind of scary and we left and checked out earlier than what we were supposed to stay only because of the not feeling safe.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was great, clean check-in area. The room was immaculately quiet, clean and fresh air. The front desk was awesome and welcoming. I just wish there was view of the beach. It is within walking to the community pool, and warf. 1 mile from State Street. Lots of eatery there. You can rent bikes. There is a free trolley. A real nice getaway!

Todo nos gusto fue ingreible la estancia el personal amable en todos los aspectos el parkin siempre estubo disponible ,las instalaciones bien ,la alberca limpia y calientita ,el jacussi tambien limpio tanto como a mi familia y yo todos muy contento y realmente yo lo recomendaria y si tuviera otra oportunidad regresaria al mismo hotel avania .

The rooms were very nice, spacious with comfortable beds. The layout made it feel like an XL room.

Pros: very clean - rooms are as pictured which is rare, bathrooms are nice and modern. You can tell it’s been renovated which is great! I was surprised breakfast was included which was small but very good (continental). They have a latte machine you can 24/7. There’s a pool too but I didn’t use it. There was a decent amount of parking which is fantastic considering other places charge. Staff was also very friendly and hardworking. Location: perfect location. Literally a 5 min walk to the main road across from the pier and beach/ocean. Right next door is a beautiful similar size hotel too but it was double the price. Just keep walking around and there are tons of restaurants within 5 mins not just on the main road. Tips: if you’re staying for a few days, I recommend renting an e-bike. They have these all over the city similar to Lime e-scooters. You just need to download their app to rent them - app is called BCycle. Some hotels offer free bike rentals but not this hotel. Cons: not much at all. This was the best price wise near the beach that was very decent. The only con I can think of is that there is no staff 24/7. They leave at 10 pm or something when the front entrance is locked. You get in with your room keys.

It was a good location and the room was nice but the grounds weren't anything to speak of and the pool area is quite small
