The price is a bit steep but comfortable and good location.

Excellent stay thanks to the staff. Glory was amazing and willing to stay late to allow us in since our flight was delayed multiple times. Very clean. Great view.

Had no issues with any noise, good value for the room and a basic breakfast to get going in the mornings. I always worry about the bed comfort, when staying in hotels, with this one being just right for my preference - Not too firm. I will happily look to book here again in the near future.

From day one there were problems at the property. I reserved a 2 queen size room. They “upgraded” me without asking. Elevator ran very slow. Keycard didn’t work. Door lock needed to be reprogrammed. TV kept going blank every 15 minutes. Was told to unplug box to reboot. I should NOT have to watch TV like that. Stayed 4 days, very DISAPPOINTED with my stay and I do NOT recommend anyone to stay there! Also, when I checked in, the parking lot had plumbers vans & digging going on around property. Was told it only affected ground floor rooms. Red Flags from the start, but I had already paid for my stay online. Coming back to Santa Barbara next year & I definitely will NOT give this property another chance.

We were amazed listening to the people walking in to check in and receiving the message that the room they reserved was no longer available! Terrible service with no assistance to find other accommodations. We saw a family who had just arrived from Europe being told they were notified by email. Unfortunately, they had been flying all day. I do not know if they found another room that night! I would not recommend this place!

The king room with a balcony was spacious, sleek and clean. Our room was by the door to the hallway and luckily we were there on a Thursday night so it wasn’t too active. The hot tub is wonderful and the staff are really helpful and nice. I would definitely stay here again! The coffee and continental breakfast was a good way to start the day.

It’s very basic, this was y second time staying here and I remember the first time thinking it’s simple but fine for a quick trip. I did not feel that was the time. Our tv did not work the whole time. We got in very early and they nicely gave us and early check in (about an hour before regular) we attempted to take a nap but there was drilling in the room happening right next to us. They today the tv should be find we could hit the button on The cable box to reset it. Didn’t matter kept going on and off whenever it felt like it. There was Netflix on the tv but we were told the internet isn’t strong enough to use it unless we use our own personal hot spot. Wish they would have just said the TVs aren’t working and they are in the middle of being fixed. Both days we saw dish network guys on site. There was no conditioner in the shower, even though they are those ugly big dispensers so who knows how often they are checked. The design of the half glass shower door means there is going to be water all over when you take a shower. While sleeping the fitted sheet came off the bed it’s all very basic and with many little annoyances that made me think I won’t stay here again.

Loved the location. I was traveling alone with my baby and felt very safe. The room was super clean and quiet.

I've stayed here many times and it's definitely my go to place to stay in Santa Barbara. You couldn't ask for a better hotel manager. Jake is a great guy and couldn't be more helpful.

Very clean and well taken care of hotel. Not fancy but perfect to rest your head and feel clean. Close to beach and restaurants.

Great price for location and cute room perfect for a wedding weekend. It was close to everything, and the waffles in the morning were so yummy!

The showers were not very clean. Other than that it was good. Enjoyed the coffee station.

Such a great location to the sea front and to Stearns Wharf. The staff were also really friendly and the room was great. I will say though if you have super thick/long hair like I do, the showers will take longer as the water pressure isn’t very strong (just my opinion though.) For men and for women who have short hair, you’ll be absolutely fine! The shower cleanliness and amenities itself were great.

My friend's and my room was nice and clean. I thought it was weird that we had to walk outside of the lobby to find the elevator, though. When my roommate and I took our showers, there was either body soap or shampoo in the container that was supposed to be conditioner. And the conditioner was in the body soap container! I was also disappointed the next morning that there was no variety of hot food, like eggs, and meat like bacon or sausage. However I did enjoy the custom brew coffee machine that offered lattes and cappuccino.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The location is terrible. Directly in front of the hotel is a park packed with homeless people. I’m not talking about a few people I mean A LOT. Some were walking around, some were standing there staring at me, and others were lying on the ground. I immediately felt unsafe. When I arrived, the receptionist told me they had cameras and that I would be fine. I also learned that the front desk closes at midnight and no one is there overnight. After midnight, you’re basically on your own. I checked the room before bringing in my luggage. At 6 PM, there was extremely loud music and very loud sexual activity coming from the room across from mine. I could hear everything from inside my room. I went back to the front desk, and the receptionist checked herself and agreed it was extremely loud. Her solution? Move me to another room but I would have to pay more. I did not feel safe staying there or leaving my car in that parking lot, so I left. I NEVER stayed at the hotel, yet they refused to refund my money. They took no responsibility, and the receptionist was completely unhelpful. I ended up staying at FOUND Series by Marriott, and the difference was night and day: better location, better hotel, and excellent service. Save yourself the trouble. Spend your money somewhere else. I would never stay here again.
