The room was clean, but there were ants in the kitchen.

Love how beautiful, clean and family friendly the property is. It was nice to wake up every morning and have continental breakfast and all day coffee plus happy hour provided by the hotel from 4 PM to 7 PM. Highly recommend this hotel for families who have children and are looking to enjoy a week away from home. The hotel is only half a block away from a beautiful park and one block away from the main beach and Pierre. Hope everyone gets a chance to visit this hotel and enjoy all the amenities that it offers. ❤️

Loved this place!! Walkable to many awesome places- winery’s, coffee, cafes, funk zone- etc. I loved the suites, they were so nice and the pool, although small, was a great spot to relax. 10/10 will be back!

Clean room with lots of space and a comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful and was able to direct us to the things we wanted to see in the area. Easy check in and out.

It’s like a small apartment for the weekend and it’s perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the morning breakfast and happy hour as well. Location is amazing and close to everything. This is our 4th time staying here and it’s our hotel of choice for SB!

Can't say enough good things about this hotel! Nice spacious rooms, clean, great pool area with plenty of loungers, and lots of other outdoor places to sit and enjoy a drink. The amount of amenities (breakfast, wine/cheese happy hour, bikes, elec charging and more) makes this a great value. They even have a self-serve very inexpensive laundry room at their sister property next door. Thanks for a great stay in Santa Barbara!

Nice hotel close to the beach and wharf. Upgrade to a king suite was nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

The room was large and comfortable. Large shower and bathroom. Kitchenette perfect for the traveler who uses it. Greatful for the bottle of Brut in the fridge when we arrived. Comfortable bed. Quiet and close to everything. Great coffee and pastries in the morning.

The front desk staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. However, the room felt a little dated, and the mattress was not very comfortable.

From the moment we arrived, Heather greeted us warmly and made us feel so special. She let us know we were VIP guests, and when we arrived in our room, there was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us—which was such a lovely touch! We loved it so much that we actually went back later and purchased two more bottles. Mickey was incredible as well. He went above and beyond, giving us a full itinerary with recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. He even went into storage himself to pull the two additional bottles of wine for us. That level of personal service truly made the experience memorable. The hotel also had a wonderful little happy hour with cheese, crackers, sangria, and wine. We enjoyed the pool, which was perfect for the warm weather, and relaxed in the hot tub before heading out to dinner at Brophy’s. Overall, this was such an incredible experience. The hotel is charming, intimate, and conveniently located near the main street and so many great local restaurants. The hospitality was exceptional, and the attention to detail made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back! ❤️🍷 Best, Maria Lopez
