Pool, breakfast

We enjoyed the location of this property. It was close to town, close to the beaches, close to the marina and easy on and off the 101. We can't say enough about the staff either. Everyone was so friendly and helpful during our stay.

Room and hotel were clean. Hot tub and pool were nice. Breakfast was just ok but it is included with your room. Location is good. We had a nice stay!

The room was very clean and spacious, and the property was generally very quiet.

This place is the best and we have stayed here many times. They do a great happy hour and a nice breakfast. The only downfall is there are no elevators. So it is hard with the luggage but it is worth it to stay here.

Even though it was a lovely stay, there are a lot of things that can be replaced or fixed to update the room I like the area where the hotel was; I enjoy the staff, and the room was a nice size.

This was our first time staying here. We were bumped to a suite, which was very spacious. It was nice to have a pool, heated spa and breakfast included at our hotel. I was a little nervous about the location being a few blocks from State Street, but it was a very easy walk to restaurants, the Funk Zone, beach, etc.

The staff was super friendly and we enjoyed the use of the beach cruisers. It was quiet and a great location. The air conditioner went out in the middle of the night.

Great location, use of bicycles, pool and jacuzzi was awesome!

The staff was incredibly helpful. We had people in our group who needed special health accomodations and these folks absolutely delivered. We had a wonderful time and got a lot of value out of our short stay here. My husband also frequently travels to SB for work, and is going to ask if Las Brisas can be put on their "approved for reimbursement" list.

Very old school hotel that was extremely clean and well taken care of for its age. The room was large and included a refrigerator and microwave. There was a continental breakfast included and enjoyed sitting by the pool. Parking was free.

Beautiful, clean and cozy hotel. There is a happy hour with drinks, a super nice pool and hot tub, and breakfast. The parking was easy and it’s in a super convenient location that is easily walkable to downtown shops / food and breweries :)
