Brisas del Mar, Inn at the Beach

Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The daily breakfast was simple, healthy, and included good coffee. The location is excellent, with a short walk to the waterfront and State Street.

Great property and center of everything. Short walks to the main areas if you enjoy walking. The front desk clerks were terrific! I used the complimentary bikes and enjoyed the happy hour and free parking! I'll be back!

Very nice staff

My only real annoyance was that there is no fan in the bathroom of the King room. I have ultra long hair so having to blow dry and get sweaty after a shower was not great. On the plus side though, the rooms have hair dryers for you to use. Also, I loved the pool/sundeck. Very cozy and relaxing. Would stay again because you just can’t beat the price and the staff

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The prices in Santa Barbara are very high, and we were hoping to stay on the beach. However, the reviews for this hotel were excellent so we decided to try it. Totally worth it. The front desk was so friendly, check in was a breeze at 3pm on a Friday. They do happy hours with cookies and wine and sangria. The room was spacious, which is hard to find in Santa Barbara. Bed was very comfortable. We rented a DVD from the front desk which was very nostalgic. The hot tub and pool were clean. The location was easily walkable from downtown. We would definitely stay here again. The resorts on the waterfront are overrated and over priced, your only view is of the street and crowds of people anyways, I recommend you stay here instead.

The room was clean, I was disappointed I couldn’t use the fitness room until the poll opened and that was too late in the morning.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, spacious for my family. We had a kitchen which was great. Bed was comfortable. The only negative was the sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Other than that I thought the location was close to the beach, parks and restaurants which made our stay easy to navigate. Afternoon wine was also a nice touch!

We really enjoyed our stay celebrating our Anniversary. Our room was clean and roomy. The staff was very nice, attentive & informative. The Wine & Cheese Hour and the Continental Breakfast was a welcomed addition.

Great location, not far from the coast to walk. Nice hot tub to relax in the end of the day Breakfast was quite basic (but good enough for the price, to be fair)

Loved everything, quiet location very close to the beach. Lovely pool and breakfast. Great big rooms with lots of parking.
