Brisas del Mar, Inn at the Beach

3-star hotel so you get what you pay for. Pictures of the property are a little misleading. The rooms could use an update. No place to plug in my cables to charge my iPhone. WiFi was super slow. There was a kitchen in the unit, which was nice, but everything else (bedding, drapes, carpet, decor, etc) could use a major update. No bugs, parking was plenty, close to the beach.

The breakfast was wonderful and always plentiful. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. Close walking proximity to everything. Hope to make it back soon!

What a gem!! We were so happy to find this beautiful place! The room was very spacious and clean! Loved the deep bathtub and balcony! The staff were so friendly and helpful! We loved the pool and hot tub and the close location to the beach.

Such a charming place to stay. Older property but our King Suite was nicely remodeled. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Great place to stay and is definitely going to be our spot!

The sense of hospitality began with a friendly sincere Birthday welcome at Front Desk and as staff was aware of our room request we enjoyed the perfect location during out 4 day stay.Departing the property was equally accommodating as Arron went beyond ,, offering a solution to the removal of tar from a walk at the beach. Felt like home …will definitely stay again ! Thank you all for your kind services .

The property was well maintained and the staff were very friendly! We enjoyed the breakfast and I thought the free bikes were a nice addition. We were also gifted a complimentary bottle of wine for being Expedia VIP members

This is a nice option for Santa Barbara. Convenient location. Friendly, helpful staff.

Very quiet and clean room with a kitchen area equipped with gas stovetop,refrjdgerator,microwave,toaster coffee maker,pots and pans and dishes. Patio doors open onto beautiful courtyard filled with tropical plants.Greeted at check-in with a smile and a welcome.

Pool, breakfast

We enjoyed the location of this property. It was close to town, close to the beaches, close to the marina and easy on and off the 101. We can't say enough about the staff either. Everyone was so friendly and helpful during our stay.

Room and hotel were clean. Hot tub and pool were nice. Breakfast was just ok but it is included with your room. Location is good. We had a nice stay!

The room was very clean and spacious, and the property was generally very quiet.

This place is the best and we have stayed here many times. They do a great happy hour and a nice breakfast. The only downfall is there are no elevators. So it is hard with the luggage but it is worth it to stay here.

This was our first time staying here. We were bumped to a suite, which was very spacious. It was nice to have a pool, heated spa and breakfast included at our hotel. I was a little nervous about the location being a few blocks from State Street, but it was a very easy walk to restaurants, the Funk Zone, beach, etc.

Great location, use of bicycles, pool and jacuzzi was awesome!
