The room was clean, bathroom was old but everything works just fine. Good breakfast and we enjoyed the happy hour in the afternoon. Overall, it was a great stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice location and helpful staff.

Staff was honestly awesome, the gentlemen at check in was top notch, so that kicked it off then all the maintenance staff was so friendly and asked me often if I needed any thing, couldn’t have been better. Offer Free bikes, just great all around

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were bikes available to borrow. The cocktail hour was a nice touch. The room was spacious and both the bathroom and kitchen were nicely updated. The location was in perfect walking distance to the waterfront with access to restaurants and maritime museum. The bedroom decor was in very good condition but of dated design. The floors could use a good scrubbing and there was no fitted sheet on the bed so it kept coming undone.

The location was good. Good breakfast The room was very cheap looking, felt like a very budget hotel but with a high price.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay! The staff we so friendly and helpful, the beds were super comfortable, rooms are spacious and clean. It was great to have a big fridge and kitchen area. We very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the daily happy hour, the sangria is delicious! The location is great , with so much in walking distance , and the free parking was a nice bonus too. We will definitely be back!

Very pleasant stay here. The staff were very friendly, especially the gentleman who was there when we checked in, sorry didn’t get his name. The breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese were a nice treat. State street and the beach are walking distance. Overall a fantastic experience in SB.

The location is great The air conditioning system was loud and it smelled.

The staff were pleasant and friendly, and the inner courtyard area was very nice. The hotel itself was generally okay and in a pleasant setting. The biggest issue was the bright courtyard light shining into our room all night. The curtains did not block it out, so the room felt like daylight and I barely slept. Blackout curtains are really needed. The TV also didn’t work, and we found a few ants in the room, which I photographed. It wasn’t an infestation, but combined with the other issues it made the stay disappointing. A dark room, working TV and no ants are pretty basic expectations for a hotel.

Wonderful spot to visit Santa Barbara and the amenities were spot on...thank you!
