Lavender Inn by the Sea

The room had a cute separate place for our baby to sleep. Yummy breakfast.

Nice but the breakfast they ran out of stuff and we’re kind of irritated that I asked him to replenish it

Room was very clean, bed comfortable and staff was very kind.

Lee was awesome and very accommodating. I booked 2 rooms with queen beds for my sister and myself. We decided to book the inn that was close to the harbor for a well deserved R&R and live for a few days stress free. We didn’t realize not until we got there that the inn was proximate to the freeway. My room was upgraded to a deluxe at no extra charge but we never used the other bed in the other room. My room was carpeted, unlike my sister’s room had laminated floors that I liked better. The rooms were clean. Towels were white, clean, spotless and had a crisp, freshly laundered scent. Breakfast served from 7am-10am with sliced bread, bagels, muffins, croissants and a variety of pastries. They had a 4-slot toaster and 2 slots on the left warm up but do not toast. Iced water is served all day, same with coffee. They have a cooler with ice available also all day. They served free wine (red and white) with a pairing of cheese and crackers for adults and they also served cookies for kids from 4:30pm-6:30pm. The inn has an outdoor sitting area that is cozy where you can relax and enjoy the breeze to unwind. We would definitely return to the inn for another de-stressing vacay.

Breakfast was delicious with glass dishes and many options. The rooms were clean with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot we used for boiling water. The pool was very clean and 8 feet deep at its deepest. Checking out literally took like 10 seconds. The ac wasn’t working when we got there but within 6 minutes of talking to someone they had maintenance in there and completed! Great experience and adorable hotel name

Good location

Exceptional experience. The hotel is walking distance to shops beach and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed and at home. It’s my number one choice to stay when I’m visiting Santa Barbera

The location and the rooms look great but the problem is at our stay we had ants and bugs in our room. Bugs got into our clothes and we ended up having to throw away my wifes suit case. Great location but would not stay again

Our room was very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Nice walking distance to the harbor and the beach.

One of our favorite parts of the stay was the lovely breakfast served in a quaint dining room with a fireplace, which created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We also enjoyed the afternoon wine and cheese reception, a thoughtful touch that made our stay feel extra special. The pool area was beautiful and well kept, providing a great place to unwind. Overall, the inn offers a perfect combination of comfort, charm, and hospitality. The harbor entrance was just a few short blocks, about a six minute walk and there was the sand and ocean, so close to the property you could smell it. The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making this momma feel safe. We checked out some bicycles from their sister property across the street and were off for a fun ride to shopping and restaurants, even rode to the Zoo! We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Highly recommended!
