Clean rooms Have way better customer service skills especially when speaking to a woman at first shouldn't have to take a guy to go in there and get a better response.

The room was clean and well taken care of but the rooms were small. Not a lot of space

Santa Barbara is my hometown. I'm always looking for a reasonable value property for my visits. The location is central, terrific, especially if you have to balance Santa Barbara and Goleta meetings and events. The property was safe, clean and quiet. And I will consider it for future visits. It's high on my list.

Town and country was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. They were kind and helpful. We were there for a wedding and had many family members staying. The owner told me He was flexible and to ask for anything. He allowed my son easily check in so they could get ready for the wedding. I would stay here again when visiting Santa Barbara.

No parking, small bathroom

I was going to stay in this hotel for a day but ended up leaving the conditions of the room were not pleasant to pricey for that place I ended up getting a refund

The front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating. They let me check in early so I can get to a wedding on time!!! The bed was comfortable and the room was cozy. Thank you!!!

Decent place for one day. Large and clean room. Bathroom was tight but doable. Only issue was that there wasn’t any air conditioning. Fan did not keep the room cool enough.

Nothing Room not updated, location was not great, room didn't even have a coffee pot or coffee in the office.

This our second time staying at santa barbara for our son going to UCSB.
