Best Western Plus Santa Barbara

Great service

I didn’t have the breakfast I did not like the underground parking garage or the chairs in the room as as it was very uncomfortable.

close to most of the tourist spots needs more utensils in the kitchen : there were only 4 sets of plates, cups, etc altho we booked 6 people. Also need pan cover & a bigger size pan.Room 314 was at the back , driving into parking lot was difficult all the time, there were trucks parked by the laundry area sometimes on both sides.

Beautiful. Room was quiet and super comfortable. The restaurant across the parking lot was delicious. I was told by the front desk I had booked a second room through WebBeds/Sun Hotels and I was charged for it. I never booked anything of the sort. Now I am trying to get to the bottom of this. Front desk couldn’t give me any info on that. I was not happy. Still trying to find out what happened.

The housekeeper came in around 10AM, which was way earlier than expected. We haven’t checked out the room yet which freaked us out

The Best Western in Santa Barbara was a cute hotel. The front reception area was clean and staffed 24/7. They were very accommodating, and I even received a free room upgrade upon arrival. There was free coffee 24/7. The parking for the property is spread out, as there are multiple buildings, but it was explained upon arrival where best to park. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were just the right comfort level - not too hard, not too soft. The pillows were nice too. The bedding wasn't high end, but was fine. The only thing I didn't care for was the bathroom was a bit dated, and there was a tub shower with a shower head that wouldn't adjust. So, you were stuck with the position it was in. The shower pressure was ok, but not great. We used the hot tub. It was really hot - I think they had it on the highest setting, so we couldn't stay in it too long. There is a pool on site as well. Pool/hot tub towels are available in the front lobby. There is a restaurant on site as well, but we did not use it. It's also about a block from the hospital, in a decent neighborhood. It felt safe. All in all, I'd stay here again.

Stayed for 4 nights. Very lovely hotel, very relaxing pool area, great on-site restaurant and very good location for the town as a whole. The room we stayed in was very clean if a little dated.

I could see light under the door. Concerned that bugs could crawl in. Other then that the room was nice The gap under the doir

The service and staff were excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and ammenities. Rooms and grounds were clean and tidy. Our room was directly next door to the housekeeping closet. When the staff was starting the day, the cart they used was loud leaving the housekeeping closet. We were already up so it didn't wake us; but if someone were trying to sleep in, it would disturb them.

It is newly renovated, so it is updated and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful! The price were very reasonable for “Move In Weekend!”
