I hope to return soon.

The experience and the stay was spectacular. I was pleasantly surprised that it was a separate home from the main inn. The house had everything we needed, it felt very homey. The best part was the breakfast that we got to choose and they can have it deliver to our “home”. My friends and I booked it for a UCSB reunion and it was the perfect location. Nothing!

Great quiet location, only a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. Fabulous fresh breakfast served on the beautiful patio each morning.

Three of us stayed for two nights in one of the delightful cottages. Everything was perfect. Check in was a breeze and we corresponded with staff through text message, which was quite efficient. The cottage was wicked clean and very nicely furnished. One of our travelers had mobility issues, so the staff personally delivered our breakfasts to the cottage at a prearranged time. The location of the Inn and cottages couldn't be better and when we tired of walking, everything was easily accessed by Ubers. I loved my stay here! I don't think there was anything I didn't like.

Loved this will. We’ll come here again!

We stayed in a charming and cozy room in a charming and cozy house. Lovely breakfast. Appreciated the daily fresh baked goods. Close to SB State Street but also quiet. Exceptional value for Santa Barbara especially.

We loved our stay here. The hosts Andrea and Simon are absolutely amazing, friendly and every request was handled with pleasure and professionalism. Their breakfast is really good too. The property is really nice, lots of character. Definitely keen to go back

What a wonderful property. Top notch hospitality

Terrific breakfast!! Great way to start the day!

Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly. Decor was a little dated but also charming (Alice in Wonderland theme)

The inn and garden are charming and clean, with good soundproofing in the windows. The breakfast options are good, real food cooked onsite, not the standard prepackaged hotel breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The shower gel, shampoo, lotion, etc. are high quality and smell wonderful. The parking lot is convenient and did not fill up, and included a charger for electric vehicles. My only issue is a very tiny one: for some reason the towel hooks in the Eberle room are installed very high up the wall.

Great location, wonderful amenities! Nothing to not like!

Very friendly staff and a beautiful place all around. Wonderful quiche delivered to the room for breakfast and made for a wonderful end of our wedding trip. Thanks!

Where to begin! Stayed here for our courthouse wedding Memorial Day weekend. Tweedledee room with the hot tub. Everything about the room was perfect. Loved the cozy fireplace and kitchen amenities. The property itself is beautiful. Victorian style with a rose garden. Parking in the back between units. The staff was so kind and friendly. The cookies and breakfast was incredible. 100/10 recommended! We will be back!

Privacy was also an issue, the rooms are so close together that our neighbors accidentally connected their phone to our TV, and the bed was quite uncomfortable and squeaky. Lastly, the breakfast fell short of the rave reviews. It consisted of the same juice and coffee you can find at a work conference, plain croissants with no spreads (like Nutella), and a tiny frittata with yogurt. For a luxury price tag on a very important anniversary weekend, we expected a more private, unique, and high-end experience rather than feeling like I overpaid.

This is a charming B&B right in the downtown of Santa Barbara, but not too close to the excitement of State Street life. The breakfast, made to order every morning, was amazing. My room was very cozy, with cute decorations. Everything about this place exceptional!

Convenient carpark at no extra cost. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast, unusual but delicious options. Cookies, coffee and water available in the day. Outside garden/patio was a lovely area to sit and enjoy. Bramhall was spacious and comfortable. Somewhat dated but maybe that’s the charm. In Bramhall Cottage and there was a very strong smell every time on entering the property. Also present in the wardrobes. We had to open the windows each time to help the smell dissipate.

The house was built in the late 1800s, and has kept the charm, while also having modern amenities. The breakfasts were tasty, and gave us a variety of sweet or savory options from day to day. The location was close to State Street, so we could walk to many shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful, and provided suggestions about restaurants to visit. The homemade cookies daily were a nice bonus! Thank you to the staff for making our stay wonderful!
