The check in and check out was fast I think they didn’t mop the floor. It was so dusty and the garbage can on the top of table, it’s not empty.

We had a bad experience staying here. For almost $400 a night we got into bed to find ants in the sheets. We asked to be moved rooms, pulled back the sheets in the next room to find more ants and someone else’s hair. The staff was helpful and at least helped us find a clean room but it was honestly disgusting and unacceptable.

Location was good. Very nice staff and very clean. I appreciate the unexpected upgrade. Nicer linens.

The orange tree was cute, great location. Walking distance to downtown SB.

My sister and I stayed in the hotel in August. It was a convinient location. The service and the staff was very helpful and nice. We are looking forward to visit Santa Barbara again and stay in this hotel.

We did not once have any room cleaning or new towels for the 3 nights we stayed there. Very disappointing.

Medium. $250/night because you painted over a dilapidated old motel with cracked walls. No fridge in the room. Bed was comfortable? I felt safe. Do not expect anything but a safe place to stay.

It’s a great location and clean. Nice pool very very nice staff. I guess the rooms are recently remodeled, but there’s a number of things that don’t work. The In room coffee pot can’t be plugged in from the desk. You’ll have to put it on the floor. There’s no refrigerator in the room, but there is a nice community kitchen in the lobby
