Stopped for the night. It was a great place.

We got an ADA room; it was clean and a little musty. In the morning we got ants in the bathroom sink. I did not like that there was no continental breakfast offered. The parking was too narrow for comfort.
-
Almost zero amenities. No food, luckily there is a sandwich place nearby.

The staff are very friendly and helpful you need anything they will help you and go out of there way to make your stay comfortable

Unfortunately bad experience

Have stayed here before. This time I arrived late and was given the room over the office at the front of the building instead of towards the back. It’s a large King but right on State St with windows on both sides facing along the street, so it’s very subject to traffic noise.

I have gotten to know Orlando over the years and this man goes above and beyond to make sure I have what I need and am left alone when I want and need to be and the rooms are always clean and have what is needed to be comfortable! The maids are sweet and do a great job too! People tip this women if u can they deserve it! Like I said I love the Orange tree inn! 5*’s!

The property was located in a convenient location on State Street in Santa Barbara. The property was noisy, visibly dirty, and unkempt. The room’s television did not work. When I arrived, the property was unable to take my credit card even though it’s with a major card company. They said both their payment machine, and a potential backup system, were down. This presents a significant problem for guests who have traveled far and may not be able to provide an alternative form of payment. The property is charging a premium fee for the bare minimum of amenities.

Was there a breakfast? The room was not clean - there were spider webs on the ceiling, the bed was extremely uncomfortable (we both slept terribly), the bathroom didn’t have a robe hook (we had to hang towels on the door. It was still $200+ a night! One of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in. :(

location is good near business and shopping area. stair way.

Our chance almost paid off. The location is great, we walked to the pier and back after a long day of driving and got dinner on the way. The unit was clean but could be a lot more comfortable with a couple of changes. As others have mentioned, the metal bed base is incredibly annoying. Any small movement on the bed makes a horrible noise. And the pillows were terrible. The exterior wall soundproofing seemed ok (windows double glazed) but the internal walls are paper thin, we could hear what the next unit were watching on tv. The shower pressure was terrible, possibly the weakest shower pressure I have ever experienced, it was like a dribble.

I did not enjoy this hotel. It was out-of-the-way for anything that I wanted to do, and did not feel clean at all.
-
It was perfect for my 3 night visit to see my daughter graduate from UCSB (which also drove up the price)

Esta aceptable la atención excelente una buena ubicación excelente el cuarto

free parking. good location off 101. nice size room with two beds. large bathroom it was a basic room but the room had mold odor.
-
Pool water was very clean and not heavily chlorinated Pool was open 12 hours a day! Very refreshing to come back to in the evening! Pool deck furniture had lots of cobwebs, so could have been wiped down regularly. Some pool corners cracked and crumbling - probably a safety concern.
