Best Western Inn

It was good enough and I didn’t expect much. All that matters is that I had a place to sleep for the night.

The rooms look they have recently been updated, nice and clean. The staff was great and the free breakfast was great. The outside of the property could use some updating, other than that is was a great stay.

Stayed for a night and just what we needed. Close to boardwalk and a full breakfast. Just be aware lot fills quickly in evening.

When I arrived, they said that my card didn’t go through and my reservation was canceled, which is a lie because I called the credit card and they said no transactions was requested, I do get a confirmation when a transaction is done, and there was nothing sent to me. They told me to try another hotel and if it didn’t go through then to call them back. But the other hotel had no problem at all, the lady at the front desk was really rude and like not even acknowledged that we were there until we call her to the front desk, she tried to send us to another hotel farther away where we wanted to be, and she didn’t even try the car again when I showed up which I see it has been weird because they were not supposed to run the car. I was there anyways until I checked in so we never again go to any best western place

The property was a great place to stay for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Free self-parking was available. The room was mostly updated and very clean. It was suitable for my family’s stay. The only downside to this property is the location. While the property is conveniently located near the freeway, the street traffic is very loud at night and early in the mornings. I’m not familiar with the area but there were also a lot of homeless on that street, so keep that in mind. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

I was charged in 7/20 for $357. And the. Charged again on 7/24 when I actually checked in. I screenshots from my banking account but they claimed they never did it

Great budget option. The rooms look like they were recently renovated and are clean. Close proximity to downtown Santa Cruz and nearby areas.

The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall felt dirty. Room had two broken lamp shades- one held up by visible tape. Stains on bed cover.

This hotel was clean. This is right off the freeway entrance and was sometimes noisy. The breakfast was good. If you are just looking for some place to lay your head it completes that.

Easy to park, check in, and find our room! Room was spacious! King bed was comfortable and pillows also. Everything was clean. AC worked great! Motel was nice a quiet. Breakfast was great: scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage links, waffles, toast, bagels, mini muffins, cereal & milk, yogurt machine, toppings, fruit, apple & orange juices, hot water for tea/coffee. Everything you need for a good breakfast, and at 8:00 there was still plenty (breakfast was from 6:30-9). Property felt safe, even with a few homeless people around. The Habit (burgers), a sandwich shop, and Noodle Time within 600 feet of motel! Jusr a short walk. Noodle Time has AMAZING food!!! Denny’s and donut shop across the street. Ice cream place about 10 min walk away. Great motel, for a great price. No pool, but we didn’t need one. When we come back, we will always stay here. Great job Best Western!!!

The breakfast could not eat . Not many healthy options . Way overpriced and bad location
