Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel is a little older but still nice. The area it is in makes it seem like it would be crappy but overall it was nice. The parking is a little cramped and basically feels like ur parking at the neighbors. The check I was easy. Staff was nice. Enjoyed the small (very small) indoor pool. They did have towels available at the pool which is always a plus! Breakfast was good plentiful. Nothing fancy the usual. Pricing was good

I was wary about the parking but we had no issues. It’s small and well lit. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Great location off the freeway. Lots of options for breakfast and good for any type of eater.

El hotel es comodo y limpio, muy importante, pero los alrededores del hotel no son tan buenos, muchos homeless, drogandose a plena luz del dia y en el estacionamiento. La piscina no esta climatizada y para los niños se necesita. Algo adicional es que la persona que se encarga de colocar las cosas del desayuno no muestra cortesia, no saluda y parece que todo el tiempo anda enojada. Las demas personas son muy amables, los recepcionistas son gentiles.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well maintenance. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an issue with check-in because all Hampton Inn/Hilton reservations/check-in services were down that day. So we had to wait 3 hours to check in and get into our room. Overall the hotel is nice, although there is a lot of street noise since the hotel is on a main street and right off the freeway.

Parking was easy, check in and check out were easy and the room was very clean! Breakfast provided was also good. Added bonus the easy access to the freeway! Not a pool… more like a very big hot tub, so don’t stay here if you want a pool.

The staffs are friendly & helpful. The breakfast is excellent. The parking is great. However, the rooms don't get clean daily. We stayed for 2 nights 2 rooms but they didn't clean the rooms so we didn't have enough towels to use. Other than that, it's pair.
