Hampton Inn Santa Cruz

I have tried a lot of hotels in Santa Cruz . This is the best so far .

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well maintenance. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an issue with check-in because all Hampton Inn/Hilton reservations/check-in services were down that day. So we had to wait 3 hours to check in and get into our room. Overall the hotel is nice, although there is a lot of street noise since the hotel is on a main street and right off the freeway.

Parking was easy, check in and check out were easy and the room was very clean! Breakfast provided was also good. Added bonus the easy access to the freeway! Not a pool… more like a very big hot tub, so don’t stay here if you want a pool.

The staffs are friendly & helpful. The breakfast is excellent. The parking is great. However, the rooms don't get clean daily. We stayed for 2 nights 2 rooms but they didn't clean the rooms so we didn't have enough towels to use. Other than that, it's pair.

Parking was only for compact cars and the view we had was a wall. Other than that staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good.

Everything was excellent. The staff was amazing they all made us fell very comfortable. I wish all Hotels could be this pleasant. The breakfast was amazing. My grandkids enjoyed all the different foods that was offered. I will definitely stay here again.

We had gone to Santa Cruz for the day and decided to spend the night and we chose this hotel last second and it was a great option. It came with. I believe free parking and breakfast included. Everything was amazing. No complaints. The parking seemed a little bit of an issue however it wasn’t the people there were so helpful. They guided us for the park and it kinda looks like it’s going to be unsafe area. However everything was amazing. Nothing intimidating of the location.

Prefect location for us. Clean and consistent Hampton Inn. Love having the consistency of the hotel. Great breakfast. Only down side was the noise of the elevator and trash truck early in the morning out our window.

I’d observed some homeless people across the street so i inquired at the front desk to see if I should expect problems. I was told no, In the back parking lot a group of homeless were fighting and yelling. I was awakened at 3am with the yelling.

Are room was large and recently updated. Very pleasant.

Nice personal. Very clean hotel. Good parking. You can put your bags in the reception for free.
