Room was okay for the price.

Clean room and friendly staff

Room was clean. I would ask to be in a room further away from the check in, as it was busy. We were happy to be within walking distance to a few restaurants. The TV ratio was off so watching TV was a little weird.

Staff were very accommodating. Property is old but there was evidence that rooms were recently refreshed. Floors were hardwood which is a big plus in beach town. Room was very clean with thorough daily housekeeping. Beds needed replacement. Bkfst had potatoes, sausage but no eggs, waffles big hit with patrons. Did not use pool/hot-tub but looked clean. Ask for room on upper floor- every step can be heard below.

Spent one night on our way to SF, was good with comp breakfast. Hot food was cold.

We had a wonderful stay here in Santa Cruz. Close enough to drive a short distance to the boardwalk. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved having a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was just enough. Pool was so warm! Great value here. Would stay again.

Property was not well maintained. Pool did not look clean and Jacuzzi looked dirty.

Nice hotel, perfect location, and good breakfast. The room was too, the AC wasn't cooling the bedroom down. There was no TV remote, no fan, even when we asked for a fan, they didn't have one. There was no screen on the window so we couldn't open the window.

Very nice place. The staff was wonderful! The room was spacious and clean. Pool was nice and warm. They had laundry facilities which was very useful as we were on a long road trip. Breakfast was nice.

It did the job. Floors were still dirty in room. Staff was a little odd when I asked for a replacement parking pass.

Our room was a little small but it was clean and comfortable. Parking was accessible and the staff was helpful.

I like the mini fridge and microwave. The property was well kept.

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind and the continental breakfast was good. Just a few complaints- our room (“suite” with multiple beds) was covered with cobwebs on the skylight plus there was a HUGE spider on the slinging glass door to the balcony. The A/C in the second room with a master bed was also hit and miss. Sometimes it would work and others we had to keep resetting it to get it to work for a hour before it would shut off again.

Scale - 8.8 out of a 10 In price comparison with the other hotels/motels it was more affordable and i would stay again, but next time I will ask how to use jacuzzi controller and also recommend to ask how to use the A/C. There's no instructions on that too.

Nice room! Everything as advertised. Even has a donut shop across the street. No frills!! Cozy and quiet on our Sunday night stay.

After pain $4000 for five rooms, they were unable to accommodate one of those rooms being on the ground floor, even though I booked a month in advance. The breakfast was crap the beds, uncomfortable, and the amenities were nonexistent. Would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone
