We only stayed one night but would happily stay again! Nice comfy beds, cool rooms in the summer and the owners managed to get us in a little before check in as well which was super nice.

This was a pleasant suprise. Excellent location for a family. McDonalds within walking distance. There is also a nice Salvadorian/Mexican restaurant, Denny's, and local establisthed restaurants that are also good nearby. This location is about 10 minutes from the Mystery Spot, the Beach and Scotts Valley. This place has everything basic you need. It's nice to have a window in the bathroom instead of the vent. We arrived late and they had a spaced set aside for us. This location is close to a residential neighborhood so it tends to get quiet at night. Also, even though it is close to the highway the traffic tends to slows down at night. This place is great for the person who is pragamatic and just wants the basics. There was a fridge and a microwave so you could make your breakfast or warm up food. This place is managed well so there isn't the drama you may get at larger chains. It's a safe place for decent people who don't want to spend a fortune but want the basics covered. You can get a good night sleep, a warm shower, etc without the drama and even a good cup of coffee in your room.

The property is well maintained, easy access to all locations in Santa Cruz, and plenty of parking.

I loved the location not in the middle of the busy streets and good parking The staff was so so helpful and friendly and the hotel is very very clean and comfy I didn’t like that we only stayed one night ! Wish I could have stayed for longer

Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to help my elderly mother when she accidentally stained a shirt. Their willingness to help meant so much to us. The owners and management were equally helpful. They provided valuable insight about the local U-Haul location and its track record for having trucks available on time, which helped us plan our move. They even allowed us to park the truck in the back while we loaded it, making a very heavy moving day much more manageable. The location was convenient, with easy freeway access, and the room was equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, which added to our comfort during our stay. Moving a child out after college graduation is a major milestone and an emotional ordeal, but the kindness and hospitality we experienced here made all the difference. We truly appreciated the exceptional customer service and would gladly stay here again.

The room was so clean. But the people were just the nicest most helpful people ever. Would definitely stay again.

Shower rod is a press fit type and it came down on my head when I pulled on the curtain to steady myself. Bad ordinarily, but particularly in a handicapped room where balance is often an issue.

Excellent customer service and kind, cheerful managers! Also, the beds were excellent for easing the pain in sciatica and back! Everything was outstanding!
