Everything was excellent

Our stay was so comforting and stress free.

Room is clean

Great place and staff

The property is clean and the staff is friendly. The only downside was the level of noise for rooms by the pool and there was small child running back and forth for a couple hours above us first thing in the morning.

Hotel was clean and close to a few restaurants. The breakfast was only fair.

Everything was great. Loved the pool too.

The women at the front desk when I check in was very nice and quick ! I thought she was awesome !

Overall was perfect 5 stars. Except the swimming pool is tiny and the AC at night was nosiy .

Towels - they took them and did not return any new ones Receipt - never got one Adjacent Rooms - since I booked two rooms, I requested them together - instead was assigned rooms at the complete other side of the hotel - very difficult with two small children (as far apart as is possible on the same floor...)

I liked there was brakefast. I would like to have spanish help due to my poor spanish

There seems to have been a renovation of the rooms — carpet has been removed. And because of this you can hear every single footstep of the neighbor upstairs. Being woken up everyday at 6:00am by HEAVY footsteps above recks my day.

One rude staff member but over all okay

Updated and clean. The breakfast was nice too. We will stay here again when we come to Santa Cruz.

We had a great experience here. Free breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly staff. The only downside was having to pay to park.

Room are very clean love that. When we travel you need a comfortable bed and clean place. The only thing breakfast honestly needs to improve in all areas.
