I did like how big the room was. The parking is so narrow no room to open your doors.

Whenever we go to santa cruz to visit our son, we always stay in Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are clean and the staffs are friendly and helpful. We feel comfortable and safe.

Close to everything in Santa Cruz : Boardwalk and the UCSC just few minutes drive .

It was nice and clean, breakfast was great and room was clean and comfortable. The parking garage, ($20 parking per day fee) horrible small spaces. I have a ford escape and couldn’t find a spot big enough. My daughter had to climb out the back because she couldn’t open the door. There was pillars in spaces and you can see where people have rubbed their cars.

My room was very large with one king bed in it. It was very clean and it also had a tub and a separate standing shower. Breakfast was very good and delicious, with variety of juices , yogurt, milk, pastries. The parking was very large and underground. You need a keycard to get back into the building, so it is safe. Next door there was a Habit grill which was very convenient for buying dinner. Within walking distance to the courthouse, a medical clinic, a T-Mobile store, and Jack in the box. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Check in was quick, room is clean and this location has food options in walking distance, breakfast is OK but not many options and parking is $20 per day. Good thing is they have a Tesla EV charger for two parkings

The room was super clean and new, feels like renovation just happened. And it’s enough space in room with two queen beds and tasty breakfast

Holiday Inn has remodeled their Hotel Rooms and it is still in progress. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food is average and the area is clean. They had staff to monitor when the food runs out that day so it was nice to have. It’s not close to the boardwalk we’re you can walk, if driving it’s not far away. Parking was downstairs and they charge 35 per day. Due to the remodeling ,construction was parked upstairs taking up the spaces as you check in. We had to carry our luggage from downstairs to upstairs when we checked in. You needed a key to access the elevator. We used the stairs.
