I like being close to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk . We love the shops and just walking on the pier and the beach . Staff is always helpful and friendly. This is my second time coming to the this hotel . I’ve stayed at almost all the hotels here and this one is the Best . I only thing I didn’t really like was the elevator making a loud weird sound going up or down . We were on the 3rd floor . I also think the security deposit of two hundred is a little too much . But other than that everything was wonderful and we enjoyed it !

Loved the colorful and clean room. Front desk agent came right to my room to help me with my TV when I was having trouble with it. All front office staff I interacted with were so helpful. Really great location in Santa Cruz close to the Boardwalk and pier, would definitely stay again.

We really enjoy the staying here, the room had his own private balcony with a table for 6, the room and bathroom is very big for a family of 4, the breakfast at the lobby and staff are great!. Very walkable to the boardwalk of Santa Cruz
